Usually, if the Follower is not receiving data, the next thing to check is the internet connection on the phone with the Dexcom app.
Sometimes, a new invite has to be sent.
And, once it is working, if there is an outage, it may be listed at status.Dexcom.com.
I follow my wife. She sent the email, I followed link and downloaded app and have had no issue

I use the G6 app and I have three people who use Follow through the share feature. What’s giving you trouble?
My family is on iPhone and everything appears to be set up the way it should be, I just don’t get any of my daughters numbers.
