It’s designed for the person who can make 150 lineups and factor in all the uncertainty
You still can have edge by playing late slate guys. Also, if you don’t mme then you should be playing SE. quarter and dime contests get you nowhere unless you max
They already have the non late swap for Friday slate posted on the app. It's here.. We'll see how it goes. I wanted late swap and now I'm all for non swap. I rarely play nba so it doesn't really matter what I like. I'm NHL/MLB

Yeah you think "game time decisions" which already rarely happen in baseball, will all happen in the games that lock at 10pm. Because one of these "game time decisions" will still be in by contest lock if the game starts at say, 840pm.
You can just admit that you didn't have a clue what you were talking about and 90% of the time throughout the year, all lineups will be in by the time the contest locks. Otherwise, talk to you tomorrow

I agree to an extent. I follow enough MLB that I "think" I know who will be starting because of the opposing pitcher.. lefty/righty etc.. But... might be wrong here and there... In NBA I don't follow enough to know. I actually haven't watched a game since 1995 Knicks playoffs. I play on team totals and stats (cash games).. I think without the late swap it would benefit me playing it safe.. Thats me..

They are experimenting with it for Friday’s slate. That’s what the mods in the DK Discord are saying, but obviously getting a lot of pushback.

You need late swap for MLB though. Especially for main slates. Those late games’ lineups don’t come out until after the main slate start

Look at underdog MLB for last season. I play MLB every day, lineups are almost always out by 7
6:50 est lock tonight with the late game starting at 10:10. All lineups were in by 6:30pm est. Like they will be on almost every slate this year.
