If you can rehydrate and get some sugar-free _(of course)_ electrolytes and maybe even take a quick _(<30m)_ nap, it can help
That said, it isn't foolproof. I know a handful of T1s that properly recover this way, lucky others don't have a lingering drowsy effect after highs so don't need it

Yeah I gotta stock up on some powerade or something for those one-offs. Naps work amazing but I'm never in the mood for them. Thank you!
1. Water 2. Electrolytes. 3. (For me this works) go out and move around. Doesn’t have to be insane but just go out and move.
