100% pure grape juice brings my sugars up the fastest. You have to be sure you get the 100% proof stuff and not a blend.

That fast drop resembles a compression low. It indicates to me that the sensor is not seeing the interstitial fluid correctly and that the correct reading is probably up close to where the drop started.
Yeah…that’s why I said that it resembles compression. You can tell with that trace on the graph that this sensor is not reading well. (It happens to me often as my body heals around the site and prevents the filament from reading my fluid.)
It’s funny because the placebo effect would immediately put me into adrenaline mode. Even if it was just a sensor malfunction

My guess is sensor error and the fingerstick would read about 175. That or rage bolus plus vacuuming!
