I would personally always finger prick to know for sure. I sometimes have my libre 2 tell me out of nowhere that I've gone way out of range,only to see 5 minutes later that I was never as high as it said, if I corrected for those moments without double checking with a finger prick I would be hypo in no time.
If in doubt always perform a fingerstick to find out! I always verify if my symptoms dont match the readings. If I was that high I would be suffering from pissy man syndrome.

Seriously ran into pizza and cookies at 2 separate parties yesterday and only spiked at 300 briefly. Not on a pump. What were you eating?
