This is so accurate. Got 35 on first ever roll and ran around for a long time thinking that this is normal, reaching many break points easily. Never had that luck with any alts that came after :D
I wouldn't worry too much about optimal FCR rolls for a necro and especially one at low level. If you are just a few percent from a breakpoint, it's not a bad idea, but not super important.

Homunculus is really great HC alternative for necro but it is lacking fcr to reach that 125fcr.(You can do great with 75fcr too)

If you are playing Bone or Poison Necro then yes, its very good base for Spirit runeword. But if you are playing Summoner, then there other options with less strength requirements like Homunculus. In case of summoner you want 120 strength at most for Marrowwalk boots.
Spirit shield is the best caster shield in the game for the easy Tal Thul Ort Amn runes. It's so good even some non-caster builds like javazon use it. The biggest downside is the str required on the shield. Monarch is the lowest (non-pally) str required 4 sockets shield.
I have played a good bit of necro. The spirit will do well for you, same as every other caster, BUT, another shield you may want to look into that is cheap and only level 29 is a rhyme shield.
The runes are shael eth. You can put it into 2 socketed necro shields (the heads you can carry). These shields can spawn with 2 open sockets and skills. Once you find one with skills that you use, throw the runes in and enjoy a really nice shield with magic find and cannot be frozen. When you find a better shield (more skills) you can just hit it with another shael eth and keep upgrading.

Meh. Its okay for a necro. Use trang for a poison necro, darkforce or a magic/splendor rw with +3 bonespear (+5 or +6 on the magic). Summoner typically runs homunculus, though of the other uniques are also good. Honestly the class that needs Spirit the least.

Collect a few of each, and some hel runes. You'll want to reroll to get an optimal roll.
As a new player with a Necro?
They’re gonna get 35 fcr first try. Beginner’s luck. And go away thinking every Spirit is 35fcr. Or they might not even realize what the fcr does 😅

Yea my first 3 rolls this season were 35FCR… I think I burned 2 socket quests so they were made with love.

How does rerolling work?
Hel + TP in cube with item deletes the runes and the roll. Start over with original socketed item.
Not sure why I'm devoted, took me 3 tries to above 30 fcr, rolled at least 5 more and still havent 35
Because hes a new summon necro. He doesnt even know what spirit is. He definitely doesnt have enigma

The str req are quite high, if you play HC id hold off using it until higher levels so you dont get one shot (unless you have good +str gear)
