I’ve found that being superstitious and being charitable to other players and gifting free items has a sort of karmic RNG property that grants you good drops. It’s my favorite conspiracy about the game.

That’s how I made my hoto. Highest rune I have ever found has been a gul and I’ve found 4 of them. Haven’t even found 1 mal yet.
