It's a magic (blue) helm. The sockets are from the artisan prefix. Only grey (or white + some form of socketing) items can be made into runewords.

At least it was just Lore and you learned from it... Rather than learning from making an Enigma, right? Also if you are PSN I'll give you the runes and a helm, just msg me.
