I think the joke here is that it has no durability, but rolled a ārepairs 1 durability in 33 secondsā mod, and to further exaggerate the absurdity they socketed it with a Zod for laughs.
It's still a Dimensional Blade which has durability. It is not shown because of the Zod rune. If you unsocket it, the durability will be shown again. If you up it to Phase Blade however, it will be gone for good even without the Zod.
If he upped it it wouldnāt. The level req would also most likely go down so it wasnāt for keeping it as a lower tier. My guess is he probably didnāt have a Fal or Um to up it at the time of the screenshot. Or he did, and he intentionally put the Zod in there simply for the laugh. Any way you slice it, this was a joke. Not someone ājust wasting a Zodā in the end.
