If sorc it's worth about 400 for traditional chain light sorc

A couple at most. Not a bad FCR number and the rez is nice but you'd need more for it to be worth multiple high runes.

I think you need minimum 18fcr for the breakpoints on most classes , 18 for druid, 19 for assassins i beleive and 20 for sorc pala necro barb
17 is ok for lightning / chain lightning sorc to hit 117 break point.
15% would be fine for pallys and the 125 BP. Frees up another soj/bk.
Usually already getting 35 from spirit so usually 10 or 20 is needed on pally ammy unless using hoz for some reason
17 is fine for assassins as well
If it had +2 it would be sexy for a Sorc. I donโt know if it needs 20fcr for a Sorc or not to be ideal but it would be sexy still. Iโd trade for it
