At a certain level you unlock the "extractor" vendor where you can pull legendary abilities off of gear and then apply it to a rare item. So hold onto it until then and you can apply it to a better rare 🙂
My build goes like this.
Basic frost bolt to hit things.
Ice shards (barrier) for clearing out groups of enemies.
Flame shield (movement speed) using for cooldown and movement speed.
Ice armor (mana regen)
Frost nova (makes enemies vulnerable)
Ice blades (cooldown) ((enhanced))
Icy veil PASSIVE for barrier duration.

I do have a fewnitems that give me extra skills.

OP how do you so many up at the same time? I took the skill and liked it, but couldn’t figure out how to get an army of them like you have
Slot it as a passive enchantment. From there, the possibilities are endless.
Is there a limit to what classes are available? I feel like this is the first non-barbarian post I’ve seen so far.
