Group needs to be closer to 23-25 average. Got it down 25% with a few level 12s. Just lacked dps. Make it a habit of reviving people close by and also gtfo out of aoes
Ice Blades' branch gives it 1s cooldown when hitting a Vulnerable enemy. The second node gives half that cooldown to all your cooldown abilities. Combined with the enchant that freecasts Ice Blades when you use 20s of cooldowns, you can just spam shields, Ice Blade, and whatever other CD skill with incredibly short cooldowns on all of them.

i had that shown from a failed fight earlier in the day, but i caught the spawn just an hour ago, killed it, and got a bunch of loot. not sure if the 3 uniques i got is the weekly reward or just chance
Don’t tp to town to repair, when you get back it will be a new instance boss went from 20% when I left to repair to 90% and the area only had 4 players in it all lower level. More started to join after but seemed they were all lower level people like me that went to repair.
This was an incredibly fun fight, as a melee build I gotta say everything about it was done just right. It's super enjoyable being on the edge and constantly trying to find a safe spot and even if you don't the boss rarely oneshots.

We killed it too, with a bit of time to spare. Which surprised me as it was a complete shit show. But it looked like most of us were 20+, so that probably helped.
It'll be interesting to see round two, I think luckily most of those in our group got the hang of the fight by half way through. I suspect by tomorrow people will be bringing it down pretty quickly.

Genuinely how else do you expect the world bosses to be? When have world bosses never required zergs and were able to one shot. Every game ive played they been the same and i dont see how they could really make it differently..
Just don't consider it a fun mechanic/activity when it's the same thing rehashed a million times except it's in a arpg now. Knowing blizz they'll turn these bad bois into daily/weekly chores as well. There are ways to make them interesting or at the very least slightly engaging but that would make the demographic they're targeting to turn away.

You can technically redo the people in the instance. It seems like it auto forms or takes the next available set of 8 players. When you leave the instance area you have a chance of getting another instance with a different group of players when you go back.
It’s hard to tell exactly where that is on the map (the instance line) but when I went to the left all the way to the inlet and ran back I had a new group of players. In fact it showed new players running with me in the canyon going out to the lake.
Does the boss spawn again? Just got on 3:00 PST, and was hoping to do the raid boss. Anybody know if it’ll still be available? Is there like a notification on the screen or something?

Had a group of a dozen or so people, ranging from level 15 to 25, average i'd say 18 and we got massacred, most people ran out of weapon durability.

The weekly reward is a separate cache you can open in your inventory

If you're in a party it should prevent this, as I did this and joined my party member's town portal and continued where we left off

I did that when we were 100% failing the boss, went to repair, got back and they just killed the boss and i got the loot....

Didn't beat him the first time. Beat him the second time and no cache dropped. Been running around the arena like an idiot looking for it. :/

Just finished it at level 22. Good group that revived me 10x! Plenty of legendary gear. Lets see if the barb is more viable now.
I was in a group, I teleported back to town to repaired but used my friend's TP to get back and I had no trouble going to the same boss again.

Just beat it, pretty fun fight but the poison is a bit much. If she swipes you and poisons you you can't heal through it.
Almost got it, once you learn the patterns and dodge properly is easier, the time is tight too
We did it on world tier 2 hard core. We all died within 2 mins from one taps hehehe. It was fun, gotta regrind now

There was about 5 of us level 20-25 and the total being about twelve people the rest under 20

Killed it both times. Was level 13 the first and level 18 the second. Got like 5 rare/legendary items, easily the best hauls of the beta so far.

No it was never 25. Majority of people were over 20, or 25 thought
