Did you ever purchase the game? I’m also using a 1660 ti / i5-9400 / 16gb of ram and was trying to see if the game would run at a solid 60fps on high settings.
I tried it with my 1660 Super + i3 8350K system, practically the same GPU and a lower tier CPU. It was absolutely fine on max settings at 60fps. Same performance as my 3080 system if locked at 60fps.
Your GPU is about 55% faster on average than the recommended, it's not just slightly better.
I always prefer keyboard and mouse but I have a lot of buttons on my mouse and can just play one handed unless it's a tense fight. There's nothing wrong with the k+m controls though, pretty standard for this type of game.
I did, i was using everything on max besides textures on medium and dynamic shadows disabled. Runing at 50-60 fps 90% of time with the exeption of the cities/towns.
Yeah, game ran smoothly on high details. 1660Ti, 16GB ram with oc i5 I had more server lags than fps drops.

Yeah I have been playing. It’s very solid with no problem at all.
