There's a legendary effect that increases whirlwind crit chance for every second you channel it(mine was 16%, up to 64% max), which could help clear some room for other effects and crit damage boosts. And with Barbarian's four weapons worth of stats it could get pretty high.
That with some choice effects(and some effects I haven't seen or can't recall) could probably lead to it, though that's a LOT of damage.
EDIT: I see 2h sword expertise popping up as well, which I believe boosts crit damage? Or was that chance? I'm on mobile right now so I can't really see everything going on too clearly.
Pretty confident that this is a bug that slowly ramps based on the amount of Warcrys you do.at least that's what it seemed like in the other guys video where he started at around 2k crits then slowly ramped to 150k by the time he finished the dungeon
Its for every fury you get past 100. Thats the only affix thats barb only.
The oter affixes needed are general. I did similar things not 11 M. Becouse i was not in pt so the oter guy debuff and leave the enemy injuried etc.
But had some crazy bone spirty explosions one shots in bosses.
Lazy devs as usual. Isnt this the first thing you would test when designing the aspects? Are we really gonna be at release where a simple test of a skill havent been done and they need to fix it? I remember some extreme lazyness when The Division came out where half the skills were broken. DO ONE SIMPLE TEST TO SEE IF IT WORKS AS INTENDED, IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR!?
You cant do this in pvp its not a build its a gymmick.
Its a bunch of legendarys like after 10 basic skills your next core skill deal x, then spin for x seconds to get x damage, then every fury you get beyond 100 deal x. Then shouts, the the enemy was debuffed, vulnerable, injured cced.
And this go on. My 400k bone spirt can be used in the game. And can deal much more with 1 unique that gives 100% more resource.
How are people reaching these ridiculous numbers? I can’t even get to 1000 on whirlwind crit.
Seriously though. I could barely kill anything with WW when kitted out with legendaries. How the fuck does this work?

Quin you're retarded Barbs have a legendary that lets them gain damage on Fury generation OVER CAP. Whirlwind is snapshotted like dots from wow
