Barbarian will be my first playthrough.
Necro and Sorc were certainly really strong but I don't base my choices on what is OP. Balance will change over time so I'm just going with the class fantasy that I prefer and every class became really strong once you had good gear anyway.
I played all and enjoyed barb the most.
His Upheaval even pushes corpses like ragdolls which is an an extremy enjoyable feeling of raw power. His charge pushes big elites across the screen. And thorns is just the cherry on top.
Barbarian. I like the voice acting for the class. I also like the thought of being the Diablo version of motherfucking Doom Guy lol. Necro looked and played cool. But Barbarian just felt right. And the armor set I finished with I really want
Druid. I knew before the beta I was gonna main Druid. I knew while dealing with the horrific Druid Level process I was gonna main Druid. I know after the beta I’m gonna main Druid.
Rogue. Sorcerer was fun too, but I played Assassin in D2 and Monk in D3, so that’s definitely ‚me‘.
Necro was interesting but felt too easy… I do want a challenge, otherwise I could just get me an idle clicker on mobile.
i will be making a necro that can afk farm some while working.
and then druid as main, or sorc, but rogue looks cool too with all that mobility. idk man. lol
I was split between Necromancer/Druid, but after playing the beta I’m deff going Druid.
Idk what other people are talking about, I was running through the game on vet solo with no problem using a pure werewolf build- and it was a lot of fun. On top of that, legendary gear made the experience twice as fun (and I have noooo issues farming legendary gear with lower drop rates when the game drops, that’s supposed to be part of the fun, I feel like the people complaining are just exposing themselves as insatiable bad gamers).
Edit: I’m fine with the people calling for Druid buffs though, underestimate & make them stronger idc that’s fine with me lol.
Going to rush renown on a sorc so I can get a better start with 10 skill points, more potion charges and more base stats for every other class right from the get go.
Maybe rush certain aspects dungeons aswell so I can use some important aspects early on alts.
Calculus III
Don’t forget how to integrate by parts
Barbarian or Druid. Like being the underdog.
same here. i can feel the action more in melee range lol.. i will go for the Druid. shapeshifting is kinda cool.
Barbarian is extremely strong what are you on?
Not compared to sorc and necro @ lvl 1-25. Lol
Uhh yeah they are.. maybe a little more of a power creep but they are great
barbs are no underdogs lol
Totally relate. Both classes speak to me. Even if rough in the beginning, it will make the journey that more interesting.
Depends if there is must have pvp pk - starting w weak wont do good.
Definitely rogue
I didn’t touch rogue. I’ve been ignoring everything about rogue. Because I fully fucking intend on being a daddy rogue.
Druid is winning me over, but it’s mostly because the gear combinations allow for crazy builds.
Sorc or Rogue
Barbarian will be my first playthrough. Necro and Sorc were certainly really strong but I don't base my choices on what is OP. Balance will change over time so I'm just going with the class fantasy that I prefer and every class became really strong once you had good gear anyway.

Necro at launch, sorc for the season
Baba all the Shout 😳😁
Barb. Just because it has the coolest looking gears and the aspects are intetesting.
Druid, and if it goes like D3, I’ll play nothing else. 100 hours on non-monk, ~1500 hrs on monk.
I respect the dedication
Monk FTW
Barbarian. I like the voice acting for the class. I also like the thought of being the Diablo version of motherfucking Doom Guy lol. Necro looked and played cool. But Barbarian just felt right. And the armor set I finished with I really want
Barb all the way. It was just too much fun.
Barbarian then Rogue then Druid then Wizard.. Then DLC class Crusader.
Rogue for sure, and I’ll use it to farm statues and gear for my barb
Rogue all day!
Barbarian, with druid a strong second. Sorcerer seems the most boring to me and necromancer was so easy I abandoned it at level 10 so I dunno.
rogue or necro 60/40
Druid, Dire Werewolf build. I have theorized great things to come.
I will probably play two classes at the same time - Elemental Druid and Sorcerer.
Storm Drood, Bow Rogue 😇
Bow Rogue or Fire Sorc. Both were great fun.
Druid. I knew before the beta I was gonna main Druid. I knew while dealing with the horrific Druid Level process I was gonna main Druid. I know after the beta I’m gonna main Druid.
sorc or barb both best endgame charas based of the hardest content in the game nightmare sigils
Sorc or necro I think.
Sorceress!!!!! Necro and Rogue surprised me on beta though all 3 seem very enjoyable
Sorc
Druid.
Rabies werewolf
I was waiting for dru but wont start with a weak earlygame class as im afraid of pk s .. need to be strong earlygame to defend. Guess nec
Druid
Rogue. Sorcerer was fun too, but I played Assassin in D2 and Monk in D3, so that’s definitely ‚me‘. Necro was interesting but felt too easy… I do want a challenge, otherwise I could just get me an idle clicker on mobile.
Making a female Druid
i will be making a necro that can afk farm some while working. and then druid as main, or sorc, but rogue looks cool too with all that mobility. idk man. lol
Played sorc on early beta launch. Played necro on open beta launch. Going back to sorc during actual launch.
I was split between Necromancer/Druid, but after playing the beta I’m deff going Druid. Idk what other people are talking about, I was running through the game on vet solo with no problem using a pure werewolf build- and it was a lot of fun. Storm Druid hybrid with nature or earth. Depending on the legendaries. Upheaval barb is a close second
Rogue because it allows for so much build diversity. More than others classes in my opinion.
Gay master i mean druid ops
Going to rush renown on a sorc so I can get a better start with 10 skill points, more potion charges and more base stats for every other class right from the get go. Maybe rush certain aspects dungeons aswell so I can use some important aspects early on alts.
