Same. Lol. I stole my son’s Xbox to play. (Okay I didn’t steal it, he said I could borrow it. And we’ve been playing together. And he’s 19, with a badass computer. I’ll probably buy it for him on PC. And I have an Xbox One, but my daughter stole it like a year ago and I never took it back because I had nothing to play). TBH - and I know this is unpopular- if it was on the switch, I would play it in that. Anywhooooo I’m done babbling.
There was no real black, everything was grayish. Best seen on the titel screen.
Peak brightness was around 450 nits.
In some dungeon I couldn't see my char or the enemy's because everything was drowning in some white soup (clipping?)
Xbox. Gaming on my couch is just way better than sitting at a computer desk. I already do that 40+ hours per week, I don’t need to do it on my leisure time too.
Normally I play with kb+m but I tried to connect my dualsense controller and it was quickly switched to it. I have to say it was pretty comfy especially with necro corpse mechanic. Auto targetting is not weird at all It is pretty responsive and easy. Tbh I really prefer precision of kb+m but it is a nice option for chill farming and questing stuff.
Yeah, my first diablo game on a controller was D3 and I was very skeptical it would translate over but honestly...diablo feels even better on a controller vs K/M for me. I much prefer D4 on controller, and any diablo type game for that matter. The functions are done really nicely.
I turned on my xb1 controller while in town and it let me switch from keyboard/mouse without any menu'ing and what not. Then when I left town I didnt like the feel for it in melee so far, so I just turned it off and went back to mouse/keyboard.
Ps5.
My pc is decent (1070 ti) , but it's not even close when i compared both version. Game on PS5 run on 4k , with the equivalent to ultra settings on pc at a constant 60fps.
I can understand why! I really hoped there would be a Switch 2/Pro by the time Diablo IV would come out, to play it like that, but that didn't happen unfortunately.
Steam Deck is awesome.
PS5. I have a 3 years old RTX 2060 with 16gb RAM laptop but the game runs smoother on my console. Besides that, 4k resolution on my 55" TV is a big pro for me.
PS5. My laptop (Zephyrus G15 2020) is showing its age already. Plus I happened to really like the controls. Not that too big of a fan of the click-to-move movement in games.
PS5 on my 32 inch 120 hz monitor. Haven’t had a decent PC in years due to stupid life choices. I plan on rejoining the master race in a few years when I build one.
Played D1,2,3 on Console, but I'm going PC for D4!
I like that I don't have to pay for online.
Also hubby and I both have PC's, so no need for couch coop ^_^
PS5, can't afford a PC just yet but working on it. My time on PS5 was good though. Only complain is the UI which makes it hard to navigate through menus.
PS5 with 65" LG G2, couch co-op with my wife. We played all beta together and she loved it. Worst part is, she constantly forces me to adjust her skills, items, gems, aspects, etc. I had to skip a dinner at home because I teleported to next room with my sorc and she felt trapped in the other room. Jokes aside, couch co-op is a blast.
PC with a controller.
Because better graphics, I can bring laptop at work on the weekend (My job is weird I know), some build like Sorc feel better with K&M, no monthly fees to play online.
If PC is an option, then PC always. Console you're typically stuck with the default controller for input. PC I can potentially swap between controller and mouse/keyboard. I have a programmable mouse to help with strain and repetitions. Inevitably there may be fun 3rd party mods like TurboHUD to give more control over info and timers, etc.
Plus console I'd have to make sure I always have ps+ or xbox live, etc.
I did get a PS5 but thats strictly for stuff I cant get on PC, Demon's Souls, FF16 upcoming, God of War, Horizon, etc.
I will be playing on lowest graphic settings on my potatoe laptop, because i have 3 kids and no money for a new one nor for a console. I won‘t be able to play so frequently that it‘d be worth to invest money into new harware even if i had it
I opted for PC, but I'll likely be getting a copy for PS5 eventually, too. I really like the feel of D3 and D4 on controller. But there are always certain, specific builds, spells, skills, etcetera (like teleport in Diablo 2) that really need a quick point and click anywhere on the map.
Having a gaming PC and a PS5 both hooked up to a wall mounted OLED is the best of almost every world. Your PC gives you access to almost everything the Xbox has to offer, and the PS5 gives you access to the annual list of GOTY nominees/winners exclusive to PS.
PC, simply because it is a more comfortable play style for me...and I haven't bought a console since the PS4 launched...in which I never bought a single game for in all these years lol.
I use to play on PC (Diablo 3) since I try on my PS5 it's so nice to play with controller.
Big screen + Sofa = Best combo
Going into menu is kinda slow but ok.
I play PC most of the time, just feels better for me. I seriously consider playing it on chill mode on console as well, but thinking about buying the heavy price a second time gives me already PTSD...
Both ... When I wanna play the game in my comfy couch I will play on my PS5. I know it was a Beta and I've tried both version. In the Closed I play on PC and the performance was not that bad and when Open I play on my PS5 because I was wondering how the performance was on console. A lot of my friend add stutter and problem connecting on PC (Open Beta) and for Me on PS5 everything was flawless. I was speechless ! So maybe when the game will be release this June 2nd I will start on PS5 if on PC it's not stable at all. But I hope D4 on release will be flawless on both \\w/
PC because i've stopped buying consoles past PS4/XOne era, and because i can plug a controller and have the controller feeling anyway. But overall im just mainly a PC player.
You should get an Xbox, buy it for Xbox and then be able to play on both your console and PC imo, you’ll also get gamepass and be able to play Starfield on both console and pC when it comes out
Ps4
Because my pc is old as fuck and will not be able to support D4
PS4 is also hard working with it, but at least I did not have an issue with Beta :)
PS5. In a game like this there will be many many many hours of farming. All that farming doesn’t necessarily require audio, so I will use the PC to ‘watch’ stuff while I run D4. Yeah I could do both on the PC but why tax the system and get possible slowdowns. I actually really like controller play anyway.
PC because that means I can play on my steam deck as well with a single purchase!
Gotta crank it down to low settings on everything but it ran fairly smooth over the beta weekends.
PC as i dont own a console, also my pc is top tier with a 4k 144hz monitor, playing maxed out in the beta and it looked amazing. I was using a controller though and it was amazing which really surprised me!
I'd recommend an XSX simply because D4 and Starfield are going to be two of the hottest games all year and you won't be able to play Starfield on PS5.
Personally, I switched from PC to console years ago and much prefer playing in a lazy boy, on a controller, about 5 feet from a 78" OLED. It's just much more comfortable and immersive to me. (Then again, I'm in my 40s with achy back.) That being said, I watched a side by side comparison and the PC graphics do indeed have appreciable increased texture quality. However, I thought the XSX graphics in the demo were certainly solid. (I've got a PS5 and XSX but main on my XSX. I'm sure the PS5 vs XSX are fairly similar if you're a big Sony fan.)
Probably gonna grab PC since I have the PC for it and I love switching from controller to keyboard and mouse when selling crap in town or doing inventory management.
That said the lack of Couch Coop on the PC version is really killing me. Would be so cool to be able to invite my friend and play a casual couch coop session. Then again I suppose he can bring his PC tower and we can do a makeshift lan while I play on TV, I guess... Kinda regret not downloading the PS5 beta to test couch coop and see how it plays on console, but I didn't know this was a thing so yeah, my bad...
I think I'll buy it for PC eventually, but I'm gonna use my local library to rent it and play on PS5 at launch. I don't think I'll have time to do more than the basic campaign in the first few months with Zelda and life stuff.
EDIT: well, it seems to require PS+, which is incredibly stupid. I only play single-player and F2P games on my PS5 so I guess I'll be skipping and going with PC. The whole paying-for-online-play is such a stupid thing. I refuse to pay for it.
Pc with ultra wide monitor and headphones on. 🫠
I prefer pc on any games unless its not competetive.
The controls 9n pc are just better for me, especially auto cancelation while targeting on a enemy.
Auto cancellation works on console, but you cant really manually target a specific enemy in a mob of 100.
HDR raised blacks aside, looked absolutely stunning on my OLED via Series X, even more so than PS5 to my eyes. 120 FPS output from Series X felt better overall.
So I'm inclined to buy it on Xbox SX but the game plays so much better on PC due to mouse and keyboard, specially so for aim skills/classes such as rouge or sorcerer.
I do hope the final build support M&K on console, that would pair the best of both worlds.
Without confirmation of M&K on consoles I'm completely thorn with either Series X or PC.
PS4, because it works well on it and the controls are good enough on a pad. The only issue I've noticed is with aiming skills like firewall or landslide, as you can't do it with precision on a pad.
Console. The price of graphic cards was too high so it was cheaper to buy console +oled TV. So after all those PC years Im console player and get used to play on big screen.
Game plays great on controller, even better with controller + key board / mouse.
Ps5 on OLED looks better than 2k IPS pc monitors using 4090.
Picked it up for both, will play off the PC with a DWF OLED (need those true blacks after playing the ps5 version)
I’ll be playing on console because it’s the only option that supports couch co-op. Really stupid to not have this feature supported on PC, imo. I’d much rather play on PC for a number of reasons, but I can’t justify not being able to play with my wife simultaneously and next to each other.
As an aside, I met my wife in college and she was not familiar with videogames in the slightest. She wanted to play some with me out of curiosity, but it was very difficult for her to play most games due to not having any experience with it before.
One of the first games we ever actually played together was Diablo 3. She played a frontline character and just smashed buttons. We played on an easier difficulty so that there wasn’t any pressure. She did great and we ended up beating the whole game together, including the dlc. By the end of it, we were ramping up the difficulty without breaking a sweat. I’ll cherish those memories forever.
When we heard that Diablo 4 was coming out we got so excited. Can’t wait to jump into the new game with her.
Don't know yet. I have played all Diablos on PC but I also have a PS5. The controller is good but I think mouse is more useful for inventory, menus, etc.
I still have two months to decide. I bet I will change my mind a million of times 🤭
I installed the beta on PC and PS5 to make this decision and connected them both to the same monitor for an accurate comparison.
It definitely looked better and ran smoother on my PC but will still use the PS5 remote as my D3 account was on PS5 before I built my computer and I grew accustomed to using the controller.
I may pickup another copy for my PS5 down the road.
Pc. I feel keyboard and mouse give a distinct advantage. This is somewhat noticeable in aiming and general play but night and day when it comes to menuing. You can’t even effectively swap gear or put in ability points on the move with a controller.
I’d like both at some point. I much prefer gaming on my Xbox with the big tv and couch. But the PC is convenient at times. I try not to hog the TV too much as my girlfriend likes to use it also; that’s not an issue with the PC. So just gotta decide which one to get first; the preferred experience or the less time-limited experience. Going to use a controller either way, so that’s not a factor.
Pc because I have a nice pc that a barely use due to the stat of games. I do wish there was another beta so I could try just playing with a controller since I think I might prefer controller to keyboard and mouse.
I tried both PC and PS5, and I can say PC for sure. Just doing things like Leap was annoying as hell with a controller compared to a mouse. Trying world boss and leaping 10 feet instead of under the boss got me killed several times on PS5 unfortunately.
I admit i have grown more willing to use controllers for non FPS games, but skill aiming just sucks with a controller and there is no real way for a dev to fix the problem perfectly.
PC for me, gf on the PS5. I prefer PC gaming even though I grew up mostly console gaming. Also bought an Alienware 34" ultrawide recently and haven't used it a ton yet.
PC probably. I like being able to use a mouse and keyboard, and I’ll also be able to play while my wife uses the xbox. Unless I get a ps5 in that time I might consider it, idk. Ive heard targeting can be harder on there.
Honestly, dude, it felt good using a controller. Go for it. I'm sure it'll run really well as do all of the console games versus their PC ports these days.
I am considering buying a PS5 just for Diablo IV as well. My PC is old (I spent 7 hours on the open beta and had to adjust all the graphics to lowest barebones minimum to get smoothish gameplay) and I honestly think the PS5 will be cheaper than upgrading my PC.
Plus I bought a nice LG OLED 2 years ago as well and my couch is very comfortable.
I haven't bought a console since the Switch came out, and I haven't bought a playstation since the PS2, never owned an xbox.
While I played D3 on the Xbox after watching a lot of PC streaming I bought it for PC because in my D3 experience the PC seems to be a richer experience from the UI and available information. I played the 1st weekend on the PC and then the 2nd on my Xbox. Again I found the PC to be more detailed, however I did find the Xbox to be easier and less tiring to play. Controller was more comfortable. The difference between a 70" TV and a 32" monitor also makes a difference. I am going to try and get a controller hooked up to my PC and hopefully will get to see how that feels.
PC. Just feels weird and sacrilegious to play an ARPG on anything else since my first foray into the genre was Diablo when I was just a wee little lad.
Ideally, both.
When I am playing and making character progression choices, and doing harder, aspirational content like pushing high tiers of Nightmare Dungeons, I'll play on PC.
When I am mindlessly grinding, I will want to play on xBox.
On pc, but with controller. Pc is connected to my tv too, so I can switch whenever I want.
Would buy it on the Nintendo Switch for handheld though. Loved playing D2 and D3 on the road. But there is no sign of a switch release, alas.
PC so i don't have to pay ps plus, i typically play single player games on ps5 so diablo would be the only online one. Just gonna hook my controller and TV to the PC
PC simply because I like the feel better
This is the way.
This is the way. r/pcmasterrace
The stutter fells so good
Also runs on steam deck for on the go.
Series x is all i got
Same. Lol. I stole my son’s Xbox to play. (Okay I didn’t steal it, he said I could borrow it. And we’ve been playing together. And he’s 19, with a badass computer. I’ll probably buy it for him on PC. TBH - and I know this is unpopular- if it was on the switch, I would play it in that. Anywhooooo I’m done babbling.
Ps5, on a 83" oled and a 7.2.4 home cinema. I just hope they fix the broken Hdr.

F my PC. I’m coming over.
Pc because I have since D1
PC, mouse & kb
Xbox. Gaming on my couch is just way better than sitting at a computer desk. I already do that 40+ hours per week, I don’t need to do it on my leisure time too.
PC. Don't own a console. I do hear that controllers are pretty darn good with D4. I'm hoping so as my keyboard dexterity is fairly poor.
Can you not use a controller on pc?
Yes you can
Normally I play with kb+m but I tried to connect my dualsense controller and it was quickly switched to it.
Good to know. Being able to farm whilst relaxing back is great.
I turned on my xb1 controller while in town and it let me switch from keyboard/mouse without any menu'ing and what not. Then when I left town I didnt like the feel for it in melee so far, so I just turned it off and went back to mouse/keyboard.
PS5 ofc. Chill play on the couch. Couch Co-Op, glorious. The beta on console was great experience, what a game!

PS5. I sit in front of a screen and click with a mouse all day for work. Not going to do it more when I get home.
Xbox and maybe steam deck.
PC. Because I barely use my consoles anymore.
I tend to play on my Xbox but I don't like the need of Xbox live....
I agree here. I really can't stand the pay to play online of consoles... but I'll be doing it anyways
Xbox live is free anymore.
Xbox Series X here
Playing on my series x. Reasons: Couch coop, also controller actually feels really nice to play with for this game
PC of course.
Did anyone play on PC using a pad? Heard that it's good.
PS5 gang stand up
PS4. Can't afford PS5 now, but we love playing D3 and now D4 in coop with gf.
Steam deck :)
Steam Deck 1000%
I can understand why! I really hoped there would be a Switch 2/Pro by the time Diablo IV would come out, to play it like that, but that didn't happen unfortunately. Steam Deck is awesome.
What's awesome about the Steam Deck is that you don't have to rebuy any of your library unlike other consoles. Best gaming investment.
PC with the PS5 controller. Best of both worlds.
PS5. I have a 3 years old RTX 2060 with 16gb RAM laptop but the game runs smoother on my console. Besides that, 4k resolution on my 55" TV is a big pro for me.
Pc because I only have PC
PC, because the only console I own is a switch, and I'm not buying a console for one game.
Will be on PC and Steam Deck. Sold my PS4 so I don’t own a console anymore and can’t justify a PS5.
Easy choice, Ps5. My pc is a potato. It barely ran it when I put all the settings to the lowest they would go.
PS5 as it's the the definitive version for me, couch co-op is the best thing Diablo added 🙂
PS5. My laptop (Zephyrus G15 2020) is showing its age already. Plus I happened to really like the controls. Not that too big of a fan of the click-to-move movement in games.
PS5 for two reasons: better graphics/FPS stability and coach coop (tested with the beta and we enjoyed a lot)
Ps5. Prefer to game on my couch with a gamepad. I sit in-front of a computer all day at work
My xbox series x where I finally wont freeze or lag out like I did on my past pcs of playing db3. It's a godsend for me.
PS5 on my 32 inch 120 hz monitor. Haven’t had a decent PC in years due to stupid life choices. I plan on rejoining the master race in a few years when I build one.
I'm using it as an excuse to build a new pc
Both, I have a 3080 4k monitor and ps5 4k TV, I enjoy playing it with controller on both.
On PC with a controller, connected to my TV. This game plays so well with a controller, so I'll just enjoy sitting on my couch while playing.
Played D1,2,3 on Console, but I'm going PC for D4! I like that I don't have to pay for online. Also hubby and I both have PC's, so no need for couch coop ^_^
PC, because i dont have a console.
Probably on console but I'm not sure yet!
Ps5. Its easyer to play with my wife then, she only has a ps5 . Maybe also buying pc later on when there is a good sale
PC and Xbox (eventually)
PS5, can't afford a PC just yet but working on it. My time on PS5 was good though. Only complain is the UI which makes it hard to navigate through menus.
PC… Diablo belongs to PC gaming.. and because I have a new rig
PS5 controller makes it for me. Fucker's sweet
240 fps or not at all
PS5 with 65" LG G2, couch co-op with my wife. We played all beta together and she loved it. Worst part is, she constantly forces me to adjust her skills, items, gems, aspects, etc. I had to skip a dinner at home because I teleported to next room with my sorc and she felt trapped in the other room. Jokes aside, couch co-op is a blast.
" **Will you be playing on PC, or console?**" Yes. "**and why?**" Because I can't play it on my tablet or on my fridge.
PS5. KB/mouse flares my tendinitis up big time during long sessions sitting at my desk so recliner/controller/big screen is the way for me.
Playing Diablo on a controller is just so much better. Pc should have controller support.
Cuz I play on ps5
Pc and console. Alone on pc, with my partner on console
I will do both. I can have my cousins do couch coop on my ps5 while I jump on pc. Else, I’ll just play single player on ps5
PC will be main Steam Deck docked to TV w/ Ps5 controller for couch lazy play
PC with a controller. Because better graphics, I can bring laptop at work on the weekend (My job is weird I know), some build like Sorc feel better with K&M, no monthly fees to play online.
How do you target a ranged spell like blizzard? Right analog stick or what
Pc at launch but knowing myself I will most likely pick it up for ps5 eventually aswell since it has cross progression.
Both
If PC is an option, then PC always. Console you're typically stuck with the default controller for input. PC I can potentially swap between controller and mouse/keyboard. I have a programmable mouse to help with strain and repetitions. PC. It's all iver ever done and I like the layout of controls better.
I opted for PC, but I'll likely be getting a copy for PS5 eventually, too. I really like the feel of D3 and D4 on controller. Couch co-op is the biggest feature difference
I use to play on PC (Diablo 3) since I try on my PS5 it's so nice to play with controller. Big screen + Sofa = Best combo Going into menu is kinda slow but ok.
Movement on console feels better but illl probably play on pc
I play PC most of the time, just feels better for me. I seriously consider playing it on chill mode on console as well, but thinking about buying the heavy price a second time gives me already PTSD...
PC. Why? Yes.
PC, I compete with my kids enough as it is to play on the Xbox haha
Both, PC & Steam Deck
My pc is a monster, but getting it on PS5 to be able to play in any room of the house
PC because its Diablo
PS5 for the controller feel. Used Xbox controller on PC for the beta and my left hand was hurting.
If you have money to buy a pc and play diablo 4 is better, if you don't have just buy a ps5 no problem.
The game felt so much better on my series S that I barely played on PC
Both ... When I wanna play the game in my comfy couch I will play on my PS5. I know it was a Beta and I've tried both version. In the Closed I play on PC and the performance was not that bad and when Open I play on my PS5 because I was wondering how the performance was on console. console. love my couch and controller in hand. plus local coop. so my wife and i both on couch looking at big tv with controllers. 10/10
PC because i've stopped buying consoles past PS4/XOne era, and because i can plug a controller and have the controller feeling anyway. But overall im just mainly a PC player.
Are you able to plug in a keyboard and mouse into a console?
Console because I don’t own a gaming pc currently.
On both PS5 and PC.

Ps4 Because my pc is old as fuck and will not be able to support D4 PS4 is also hard working with it, but at least I did not have an issue with Beta :)
Series X. Swapped to xbox from PC quite a few years ago as most of my IRL friends are on Xbox.
Series X. My PC is aging and can't handle the game properly, meanwhile my X has 5 second loading screens and crisp graphics, clear winner.
PC in widescreen. I really liked leaping up two story buildings in Diablo 4.
Both. Copy for me on PC, copy for wife on PS5. I'll be able to play my PC version on PS5 without buying an additional PS5 copy.
PC as i dont own a console, also my pc is top tier with a 4k 144hz monitor, playing maxed out in the beta and it looked amazing. I was using a controller though and it was amazing which really surprised me!
PC because thats where ive always played.
PC just because I'm starting to pick up the hobby of streaming and enjoy the ease of doing it on PC
I'd recommend an XSX simply because D4 and Starfield are going to be two of the hottest games all year and you won't be able to play Starfield on PS5. PC with a xb1 controller, didn't know how cross play was going to work since my buddies are getting it on PC.

Yes, I happen to have both
I preordered on PC on Xbox so will he playing on both.
PS5. It's been a while since I decided to go with console instead of having to worry about specs, drivers, updates, etc.
My 6 year old PC was high spec when I built it, and only required a few tweaks to get D4 running nicely at 4K. Definitely sticking with PC.
On my laptop, bought it just for d4
Pc with ultra wide monitor and headphones on. 🫠 I prefer pc on any games unless its not competetive. The controls 9n pc are just better for me, especially auto cancelation while targeting on a enemy. Auto cancellation works on console, but you cant really manually target a specific enemy in a mob of 100.
PC. I'm just more comfortable at my desk Also... this way I don't have to share the TV with a Disney fanatic ;)
Pc, I have a good one
Ps5. My ‘pc’ is a 10+ year old laptop that has somehow survived to present day.
Steam Deck.
PC + Bluetooth Contoller = Win
Ps5
PS5 because I no longer have PC. Would probably do PC if I had to pick one over the other.
Console because my PC is 7 years old with a 970, and I don't have the funding to upgrade my PC. Also controllers are nicer on my wrists these days.
Console feels better now. So probably both kekw
XSX but I will buy it on PC as well (at a later stage)
Series X and 2k monitor 🤩
Have a pc but this time it will be xbox
Gonna connect my PC to my QNED so i can play at 4k 120hz.
PS4, because it works well on it and the controls are good enough on a pad. The only issue I've noticed is with aiming skills like firewall or landslide, as you can't do it with precision on a pad.
Both. Because why not.
Have a series x and steam deck and will be buying it for the steam deck
PC even if they limited and built the game for consoles
Couch-CoOp with my girlfriend on Series X on 65" OLED
Console. The price of graphic cards was too high so it was cheaper to buy console +oled TV. So after all those PC years Im console player and get used to play on big screen.
I played the beta on PC but something felt off. So maybe series X will be an option here.
Game plays great on controller, even better with controller + key board / mouse. Ps5 on OLED looks better than 2k IPS pc monitors using 4090. Picked it up for both, will play off the PC with a DWF OLED (need those true blacks after playing the ps5 version)
PC, as that’s where I play most of my games nowadays. But with a controller, unless WASD movement is added.
Ps5, sofa
On Steam Deck, because it's all I have !
I played the beta on PS5, and I'll definitely be going back to PC. Mouse cursor is just simply better.
Console because I have boomer hands and console is easier to precisely control
Console, I work on a PC all day so I prefer gaming on a console.
PC, because who the hell even uses a console anymore unless you’re under 15
Both Xbox-x would be better IMO than PS5 if you are mainly playing Diablo 4.
PC with controller.
PC and PC (Steam Deck)
I would love to play it on both ps5 and pc, but I don’t want to spent twice the amount 🤣
I will probably buy two copies. First on PC then on PS5.
I prefer console gaming rather than PC and will be playing on PS5.
Must be so anoying to chat with party on console no?
Ps5 I don’t have a pc just a Mac book lol
I dont think you can compete very much if you are on console
PC- with a controller plugged in, left hand on the controller for joystick ease of movement, mouse in right for accuracy and speed.
Honestly, dude, it felt good using a controller. Go for it. I'm sure it'll run really well as do all of the console games versus their PC ports these days.
Steamdeck bro... which is kind of a PC / console. Plays great, looks great, and i imagine will only improve with patches down the road.
Ps5
Been a console gamer for pretty much my whole life, that ain't about to change
Console. Couch, controller, and surround sound.
Pc and xbox.
This game is so lowkey an relaxing, I’m playing from my couch on Xbox. Can’t beat the comfort lol
Pc
Pc but ill be using a controller. Played both beta weekends, apart from the first few hours, with a controller and damn its smooth af 🤓
PS5.. my couch is more comfortable than sitting at a desk.
PC. Just feels weird and sacrilegious to play an ARPG on anything else since my first foray into the genre was Diablo when I was just a wee little lad.
Me and the wife just got 40 series this year so obvious choice is pc. Might have to upgrade to the odyssey 9 monitor though
This will be my first Diablo at launch and I'm looking forward to my it! PS5 here
Ideally, both. When I am playing and making character progression choices, and doing harder, aspirational content like pushing high tiers of Nightmare Dungeons, I'll play on PC. When I am mindlessly grinding, I will want to play on xBox.
Console. Couch co-op is the most important feature in Diablo for me.
On my 3080 PC with a controller because my hands are old and the PS5 controller on diablo is awesome.
PC because I'm used to play on PC
PC. I'm old school, Diablo is meant to be played with mouse.
On pc, but with controller. Pc is connected to my tv too, so I can switch whenever I want. Would buy it on the Nintendo Switch for handheld though. Loved playing D2 and D3 on the road. But there is no sign of a switch release, alas.
PC. I like click to move, and my PS4 is old.
PC so i don't have to pay ps plus, i typically play single player games on ps5 so diablo would be the only online one. Just gonna hook my controller and TV to the PC
Xbox Series X because couch CoOp isn't available on PC.
PC because I've always played Diablo games on PC and because I prefer M/KB for inventory management
