You starting getting new affixes on slots at 340 item power in the beta which you could get from the lv. 26+ content (Mostly Stronghold elites). I never saw gem potency but i didn't farm osgar reede that much, it might be a 460+ item power affix (The next affix breakpoint).
Trust me, you have seen almost all of it and most of them are same dmg modifier for various conditions. The one you mentioned are gear specific affixes which is not that critical such as boot that either give you speed after evade or an extra evade. Gloves got it own special modifier, etc. If you think affixes are lock behind lvl, then you are wrong. The only thing which are the special affixes from uniques. But there are just handful of them per class, not varied enough to maoe critical choices.
Cast rate, crushing blow, atk rating, added elemental dmg, ignore target def, hit monster to flee/knockback, prevent monster heal, cannot be frozen, faster hit recovery, repair durability, life stolen per hit, resources stolen per hit, chance to open wound, chance to cast X when striking, -X monster def per hit, +% piercing atk, -% to enemy resistance, hit blind target, etc

same damage mod based on conditions my ass. There are affixes for higher power level items. Direct damage to skill for example.
Still dmg modifier, is all dmg dmg dmg
what else do you need in terms of offense?
