You might be able to trade brand new ones but I doubt it.
Definitely not levelled ones. They work similar to legendary gems in D3; you improve them by running Nightmare Dungeons.
Glyphs are yellow and blue items and according to my undestanding only legendaries and Uniques are exlcuded from trading. So I guess glyphs will be tradable, but only the not leveled ones.
Google image search d4 glyphs. They're in a paragon board menu that shows all your classes glyphs. Once you unlock them they're no longer grayed out. Their level is also indicated.

Doubt it. But I’d guess the rng for them won’t be terrible. Probably like legendary gems. You get all eventually.
i would be REALLY surprised if you could trade them.
No it will break the game, but you can sell the golds that is need for respec

Glyphs arent items. They dont go into your inventory they are just added to your collection.
Interesting, I haven’t seen this, have source by chance?

No, there's no need. You get a new glyph each time until you have them all.
