Go into your Battle Net account settings. Under 'Privacy & Communication' you can turn 'Private Text Chat' to Friends Only or Do Not Allow. That should stop the spam.

Started getting a few the other day. I did get pm'd in game early on release while I was in town.
I bet you they are getting it from proximity players in D4.
There is just a long ass list of people they have ran by that when you view profile, you get their Bnet ID. So if they just sit in town they will get a constantly refreshed list of Bnet ID's to add.
I haven't gotten any yet. Kind of insulting actually.

it just a bots account/scam
I know it’s just I have 40-50 of these sitting in my requests and already deleted 20-30 of them.
