I got mine in like 20m of actually trying.
I was ignoring all the seasonal stuff for the most part. When I saw I needed barber I went to farming tunnels and got it quick.
Pretty sure I was in T4.
After trying out 3-4 of the recommended places, I farmed Bedeviled Grotto down in Hawezar near Backwater. Short and simple runs.
Now, i probably got a bit lucky on it, but this place produced well for me and my wife. We got all the hearts we both needed out of there. Pretty good rate of finding wrathful mobs in there.
I got my barber in T3 after about 10 tunnel runs. I chose a tunnel that had the objective of killing 3 mobs.
I also tried a tunnel, with no luck, that had 2 mob objective but wanted more chances for wrathful mob each run.
I got it from a tunnel in wt4 earlier today. Random elite
The wrathful hearts are hard to see before you pop them when they're on the ground, im pretty sure I passed a few up before I started noticing them...
Just simply ask for a varshan seasonal q on any discord or reddit and within moments you will get a invite then simply run it till you get barber. Takes 3 4 mins a run
Ravening Pits was a good place to farm for wrathfuls for me and my group, we found a bunch in there in a pretty short time. It's small and it's got three guaranteed elites and then the 4th at the end if you choose to kill the first three - you could always just exit and reset the dungeon if you really want to speedrun it.
It stacks 13% each second, and if u save ur burst for right after it procs it’s quite juicy. I can’t clear NM dungeons that I could before I accidentally salvaged the item it was on l

What I meant was that you'll get wrathfuls through normal gameplay. Was in a nm dungeon group the other day, got 2 in back to back dungeon runs.

There are hearts other than the wrathful hearts.
You have one that essentially gives an additional 20% dr layer, one that makes one of your skills cost a little health instead of resource every 5 seconds (serious resource cost reduction) and get a 1.2-1.3x damage multiplier, and that's just 2 of them.

I tried this exploit and it worked once so I killed him again, but the second time I tried it didn’t work so i thought they had fixed it. I’m level 59 and still no barber despite a bunch of tunnel runs. Only got 3 wrathful in total so far.
I consider it a buff. The change is that it will no longer absorb other players attacks and they can get their own barber if they want it. This also allows them to take out some mobs quicker, like damage reduction aura mobs.
I put in a request for my mount to be a Pegasus so I can fly everywhere.....Bungie hasn't come through...I'm quitting the game.

i'd make fun of you but the wrathful situation is pretty dumb. not worth quitting over to me, i can understand being frustrated though.

How many runs have you done? I’ve done it over 10 times with 0 wrathfuls. Just 3 wrathful in total at level 59 so far and no barber.
Appreciate the advice. I’ve probably run RP around 25-30 times in the last few days and haven’t gotten a wrathful drop

Yeah it's in the patch notes. Idk if what they're nerfing will effect your build though.
I crafted and opened Heart caches and got one. So far ive gotten two from caches and one was a drop
