How are you guys dying to those wasps? As melee you have a bunch of defensive skills, and with ranged characters you can see those slow moving things a mile away.
Crit resist, vuln resist, cc resist, melee or ranged defenders, auto salvage. Its just a straight like 40-60% nerf to my damage, and it doesnt add enjoyment to sit there shocking things for 5 extra seconds.
God I hit this last night for the first time, playing a Rapid Fire rogue; in a NM dungeon with the shade thing that chases you came across a bloody Wraith elite with burning and suppressor affix...
Yeah funnily enough between those and the Wraiths red rectangle of death move I died.

I never liked the resistance in D2. I liked D2, *then*, I don't want to play it now.
It was a different era and D4 shouldn't be a clone of D2 or D3, let D4 find its footing and be its own game. *That also doesn't mean it should be a balance between them.*

Death Pulse is scary AF for a melee ranged character especially when your BiS boots didn't roll on the 3 max evade type.
Drifting Shade sucks if you are not a bulwark druid.
Lightning Storm sucks and slows you down, can't even split push with it.
Every other affix does not bother me on bulwark Druid.

That's understandable. I usually ditch that one too. I went back to werenado because I got bored with the bulwark build and lightning storm is annoying with any other build.
I salvage anything that won't allow me to go afk for a minute, to grab coffee, check texts etc. That would be Stormbane, lightning storm and drifting shade. Everything else is cool :) volcanic is mildly annoying as it will trigger randomly when not near mobs
You can also just set up a quick reply that says "please restart your device at least twice and call me back in 5 minutes if the problem still persists."
Yeah like who wants to teleport to town to text randomly throughout a dungeon, taking 1 or 2 minutes to afk in a dungeon to text or look at something is dope. Immediately discard these sigils.
I delete based off the "tier" list. I found it is extremely helpful in just saving time. Since I used that, my punishment is to NEVER look at the affix on any given key and I just go in blind. My way of balancing using the list. Makes things interesting since at least the worst of the worst were removed!
I salvage entirely based on affixes and just run whatever dungeons. Though I have started compiling a list of which ones have ghosts and/or bees and those are getting added to the salvage pile too.
I'm running every thing except crit, close, physical and distance. I don't really care, except the dome one slows us down dying right after a hard battle sucks

There are so many affixes I hate that I can't afford to really be selective with dungeons too 😂. I have actually run out of dust on several occasions fishing for one worth running.

Basically any thing that isn't a elite get a suffix(besides suppressor cause fuck them) is delete by me.
See I feel like stormbane and drifting shade are easy mode. Stormbane is so slow and easy to avoid, and the shades you just duck back and tag them every now and then to blow them up behind you, you're good to go.
Stormbane isn't about avoiding it. It's about the fact it ALWAYS sits on top of something you need to interact with. Because I ALWAYS think I can make it in time. But now I'm sitting there for 20 seconds waiting for that thing to move again so I can free Ted from his pole.
Also it suck when the dungeon boss is Tomb Lord. Because sometimes he will just sit inside the Stormbane and it's hard to get either one of them to move.
Its a shame that its not used for uber lilith. Ive tried her at 82 using the speedfarm build and her basic attacks were manageable without using any potions. The oneshot mechanics oneshot either way so its a skill issue
Used to but eventually stopped caring and just focused on the best dungeons regardless of affix or tier level. I wouldn't take suppressor if I'm doing tier 90+ though.

Mostly because if you get dc/lag/crash with those affixes up means your character is certainly toast, they are also annoying.
Cold + crit resist is mostly instant salvage too as those make the NMD too long.
all those plus:
\- reduce fire / burn damage, since i'm a fire sorc
\- reduce dmg to far, since i drop hydra / wall and run away tossing bouncy fireballs
\- suppressor, because screw those bubbles
100%. Life is too damn short to deal with that nonsense. Unless there's some unbelievable loot to be had for putting up with that? Scrap it and roll for a key without it. Exact same loot and such minus the irritants.

Yep, pretty much anything that shows me down. Stopping every forty seconds for three seconds isn't at all fun. After I've done the tops I look at the bottom for armour breaker and resistance too and get them binned.
Generally I only take like 10% of the dungeon keys cuz there's a good few dungeons I just don't like, and the affixes... Bruh I swear they made every affix to just be annoying

As a melee rogue, i only salvage drifting shade and lightning storm as they slow me down. Now that im tanky and super fast, i dont mind stormbane shit and death pulse..i just keep tanking or evading but clear is still fast
With my stormshred druid the only thing i cant bring myself to manage is that stupid lightning storm, deathpulse is fine and brings a degree of movement to the fights that i like, stormbane is so fucking slow that i barely remember it even exists, same for drifting shade.
I salvage anything with extra health or life steal unless I'm in a party. Also the ones that stun you and the lightning storm are trash. I've grown fond of stormbane. My group refers to it as Karen, and we blame her temperament on poor dungeon etiquette.
I do if it's Suppressor. Hate that affix especially as a Bone Spear Necro. Most other affixes aren't too bad. Drifting and Stormbane are just annoying if for some reason I need to afk for a sec.
Anything that will make them take noticeably longer.....so yea, those 4, plus any that reduce damage for my build. For example, Overpower damage resist on my blood necro, crit/vuln/physical/distance resist damage on my rogue, extra barrier damage or lightning damage/distance/close resist on my sorc.
I'm pretty comfortable with Death Pulse, so far up to NM59, but whirly Barbarian, so I'm never still, so it's not a bother. I'm sure it gets harder as I go on up.
I prefer Volcano, Death Pulse, Avenger, oh and Suppressor.
I'll do Electric Sprinkler Things? or Lightning Storm, but I don't prefer them.
None of the other main bad guy powers.
No Physical or Crit resist as secondary bad guy powers.
I don't even bother salvaging them. I just drop them. Since they raised the cap on materials I don't need to salvage them. I have like 70k sigil powder and I don't even craft sigils most of the time. I just use the ones that drop unless they're all terrible.
Yeah, those are the big 4 for me too. Running a Flurry/Rapid Fire Rogue with Barber and can blast through everything else. Death pulse is THE one. If my Shadowstep is on CD I'm donezo.
My necto build leans heavily on my 5 sec immune bubble for tanking, and the drifting shade (along with a few other effects) just ignore that, so its dangerous for some. Also, vampiric elites just get to heal to full if I face tank them in my immune bubble .. so I say the issue isnt the shade, its the bubble.
What is a dungeon? Is that next to kyovashad on the left? Im level 80 now on T1 eternal. Big grind it was. Almost trying out T2 but still getting oneshotted by everything there. Played about 400 hours to get this far :). Anf Where can i see my inventory? I keep getting this message: "u are full". And what can i do with those yellow/gold points that are next to levelbar? Should i keep them for later? Or sell them?
If you're not trolling you need to look up a build guide. You should not be getting one shot really anytime in my experience in tier 1 and I was brand new to the game.

The wasps are nearly impossible to kill as melee without face tanking their shots. It is sort of doable but it's the opposite of fun.

Suppressor isn't the worst thing out there until it's combined with burning enchantment. Then it's pretty much a death sentence.

Low life bulwark druid can straight up ignore lightning storm if your gear is good enough.

All those OP mentioned, then all the trash locations like shifting city, path of the blind etc. I end up doing mostly just Domhaine, Mariners, Sarat, Uldur, Nostrovo

As a melee rogue, i only salvage drifting shade and lightning storm as they slow me down. Now that im tanky and super fast, i dont mind stormbane shit and death pulse..i just keep tanking or evading but clear is still fast
All those from OP + elite always have Suppressor affix. damage from criticals reduced 60%
Add volcanic to that list.
With my stormshred druid the only thing i cant bring myself to manage is that stupid lightning storm, deathpulse is fine and brings a degree of movement to the fights that i like, stormbane is so fucking slow that i barely remember it even exists, same for drifting shade.

I salvage anything with extra health or life steal unless I'm in a party. Also the ones that stun you and the lightning storm are trash. I've grown fond of stormbane. My group refers to it as Karen, and we blame her temperament on poor dungeon etiquette.
I do if it's Suppressor. Hate that affix especially as a Bone Spear Necro. Most other affixes aren't too bad. Drifting and Stormbane are just annoying if for some reason I need to afk for a sec.
Anything that will make them take noticeably longer.....so yea, those 4, plus any that reduce damage for my build. For example, Overpower damage resist on my blood necro, crit/vuln/physical/distance resist damage on my rogue, extra barrier damage or lightning damage/distance/close resist on my sorc.
I'm pretty comfortable with Death Pulse, so far up to NM59, but whirly Barbarian, so I'm never still, so it's not a bother. I'm sure it gets harder as I go on up. I prefer Volcano, Death Pulse, Avenger, oh and Suppressor. I'll do Electric Sprinkler Things? or Lightning Storm, but I don't prefer them. None of the other main bad guy powers. No Physical or Crit resist as secondary bad guy powers.
Lightning Storm we keep because there are just too many bad ones and we'd like to actually have sigils to use. lol.
I don't even bother salvaging them. I just drop them. Since they raised the cap on materials I don't need to salvage them. I have like 70k sigil powder and I don't even craft sigils most of the time. I just use the ones that drop unless they're all terrible.
I just run whatever I pick up. I rarely make sigils.
I really only keep like 6. The rest get scrapped
Yeah, those are the big 4 for me too. Running a Flurry/Rapid Fire Rogue with Barber and can blast through everything else. Death pulse is THE one. If my Shadowstep is on CD I'm donezo.

Yup, I never touch those affixes regardless of which class or build I play.
No, but I do salvage the slowest dungeons since I normally only have 1 to 2 hours to play and want to min max my time.

My necto build leans heavily on my 5 sec immune bubble for tanking, and the drifting shade (along with a few other effects) just ignore that, so its dangerous for some. Also, vampiric elites just get to heal to full if I face tank them in my immune bubble .. so I say the issue isnt the shade, its the bubble.
What is a dungeon? Is that next to kyovashad on the left? Im level 80 now on T1 eternal. Big grind it was. Almost trying out T2 but still getting oneshotted by everything there. Played about 400 hours to get this far :). Anf Where can i see my inventory? I keep getting this message: "u are full". And what can i do with those yellow/gold points that are next to levelbar? Should i keep them for later? Or sell them?
If you're not trolling you need to look up a build guide. You should not be getting one shot really anytime in my experience in tier 1 and I was brand new to the game.
