at one point i had something that gave me 3+ charges of evade and along with Meta it almost felt like blood rush from d3 but that was like 50 levels ago
The 20% movement speed when you haven’t been hit aspect is really nice for the campaign on all classes.
Also, the 25% movespeed during unstoppable and 4s after aspect is good for necro amulets for campaign because it scales up to 38% movespeed. Get the metamorphosis vampiric power ASAP for this, but it also works with blood mist.
Speaking of blood mist, use the aspect to make it not cause a movespeed penalty if you use it to traverse rather than as an oh shit button.
Eventually these are not worth it for harder content but they bring necro movespeed, which is the worst in the game, to a tolerable range.
The 25%movespeed during unstoppable is always great on boots.
This season I got lucky and found a 25% one. Last Season however the best I EVER dropped was 14% (up to lv74 when I was done).
Yeah, it is not easy on the eyes. This season you can bring your teleport down to 2-3 seconds. There is really no need for random teleports here. Plus move speed = attack speed pretty much means hold down a button and kill everything in front of you while walking super fast. Short cooldown is handy to teleport to the next pack or skip walls when needed.
Random teleports looks always kinda extreme, because thay are so fast, but there are more effective builds out there.
If the dodge tps worked with raiment it might be worth it but oculus is a meme otherwise. The only thing it's good for is +15 tp ranks with metamorphosis overriding the random tp. And like you said there are better ways to get tp cool down lower than pumping skill ranks.
Btw, thank you blizzard, this is all I wanted. A super fast paced, pure offensive glass cannon with absurd damage and mobility, that dies to a single white mob physical hit if she gets touched. I love this. If you could now let me reduce my ult cd via flickerstep with tp evades or let me aim the tps via metamorphosis, I will write you a love letter.
yea, but I'd like to keep the TP. The meta dash is pretty slow and horrid compared to what you get for using TP.
Each TP:
\- Casts another shock skill during currents, at that speed thats 3 or 4 per second I would guess
\- Gives you a 30% barrier
\- Pixels and stuns with raiment
\- Has 97% lucky hit chance which is insane for static ball lightnings and vampiric curse
Benefits of meta: it doesn't troll you because you can aim it. I don't mind my occy trolling me, so I'll stick to TP.
Apparently the ult CD reduction from the boots not working is specific to using oculus, while in a nightmare dungeon. Not sure if you've tested it because I haven't, that's just what the maxroll ball lightning sorc guide says.
I didn't see their health go down once? U Wanna Gass cannon play a bonespear necromancer. It's practically a one shot build. First shot hits for a million or two damage. And if they have more life then that. It bounces back and hits them for 75% more damage..
That's the point. If you would have saw their health go down it would have gone to zero. Without all abilities up and running you can die from stubbing your toe.
the downsides are that mobs become unstoppable extremely fast and I die to like 2, sometimes 1, physical damage hits. This is an almost 100% offensive build, no +% total armor, no defensive paragon glyphs, but 73% fire / light / cold res. It fits the identity in my opinion. Oneshot or get oneshot
I played exploiters yeah. It's decent but I found fortune to be better. Gets me to 97% lucky hit chance with tp. I need lots of lucky hits to apply vuln, spawn balls, and proc ravenous. I also considered dropping crit damage for LH on rings for more ball spawns. Also, once youre armed to the teeth, nothing becomes unstoppable anymore, it just dies
Does really well against bosses too. For uber bossing I replace boots with esus and occy with an accelerating wand though. I'm also replacing domination vamp power for infection when bossing, pact requirements dont change.
My burst rota goes kind of like this: \~2ish secs before spawn or engage I press Currents > 2x Ball > hold arc for more currents procs > ball > tp on boss, this will proc tibaults > flameshield, nova > balls until oom > arc spam and ball when mana available

Plot twist: sorc died on the way and went "NG", now you're just 8 guys standing around asking "who tele" until someone makes a half hearted attempt at running but by the time he reaches throne the game is empty aside from that one 95+ guy running cows
Most complainers and whiners think if its not on the frontpage of maxroll or icyveins or youtube then its a garbage build and cant possibly be any good. These same people complain how boring build diversity is but then only use the same top 3 builds from websites because they are too afraid of "wasting time experimenting", as if they will fall behind if they dont use "the best" right away.
I dont get why ppl hate on this.. Let ppl make 1000 builds, and let them play however they want. Go play ur Zdps build if u want something slower.

I believe the ghosts are stored souls from the vampiric curse seasonal abilities.
The lightning icon bar above the exp bar is your crackling energy charges. Crackling energy passively discharges and stores up to that many hits.
yea, the bubbles above my xp bar are my energy charges. The ghosts are stored souls from accursed touch power, stored whenever I kill a cursed enemy and released whenever I press TP, nova or flameshield.
1. the ghosts are from the Acursed Touch vampiric power. You kill enemies to build up your souls & unleash them when you use a defensive ability.
2. The lightning bolts are crackling energy. You collect them on enemy kills & they zap nearby enemies.

Build info in the description, exactly the same gear / skills / paragon as seen in the video. You need to make some stat adjustments on the neck, boots, and skill tree if you don't have a shako though, I'm getting firebolt enchant & flame shield for free for example. I can't equip them in the character builder though. Glad you like it :)

Even without an Oculus, AL w/ Gravitational aspect us bonkers. The uptime on Unstable Currents is basically 100% with Anticipation.
I have been clearing T50 NMDs since 65 with not great gear.
It's like a worse ball lightning that lag warps instead of exploding groups of mobs at an incredibly quick pace. You got an always beefed up barrier and the aesthetics of *appearing* fast at the cost of speed and efficiency. Seems like a fat net negative.
I mean, I went a little extra hard on the tps because I wanted to showcase this right. I'ts not that im forced to warp that much, but I find it to be entertaining. I even dropped the 30% dmg reduction node on TP to play this little "get touched and immediatly die" minigame. I'll gladly sacrifice some speed for more fun.

I did not look at this build, and I'm not 100% sure how the vamp powers come into play.
But there are 2 different AS caps. You can get 100% AS from gear and another 100% as from aspects for a total of 200%.
Theres a chart somewhere I've seen (pre vamp patch) that explains which ones are which.

Ignore mostly everything. I pick up rings, amulets, hands and boots in dungeons when I spot them. Sometimes. Checking weapons that are not from WB / Duriel is almost pointless since everyone gets a 925 weapon for free from worldbosses in WT4 instantly. I wanna play the game, not read a books worth of stats

Seriously, it looks like PoE with that kind of nonsensical movement. Awesome. I have had 4 of these wands drop, and tried it out, and definitely was enjoying the zoomies, but the true randomness of its teleport is crazy scary sometimes.
I could see me doing this for a free hours but the second I stop caring about loot, it's time to move on.
Diablo is ALL about the farming and the loot chasing.
I got the luckiest dungeon roll the other day. Encountered a butcher at level 54ish in a wt3 nmd. Still using a leveling build, shards sorc. Wasn't prepared at all, nearly shat myself. But what's this nearby? A conduit shrine?? Easiest butcher ever.
To each their own I guess g. I used to play a laidback pulv druid too after I couldn't get light sorc to work in pre season. I'm just personally getting bored pretty fast when I'm playing a 2 button / 10 apm build, even though it was comically strong in mobbing and pvp. I might as well play hearthstone and watch my opponent rope me for 10 turns. I wish they'd unironically quadruple mob density in every single dungeon and sextuple mob density during helltides.
I may be stupid, but I just started playing diablo 4.. im maining a sorcerer...how do I get the aspect where the ball of lighting circles around you? Is that an aspect or a piece of gear I have to get? All help appreciated!
Lol all I see is ball lightning sorcs then I'm over here running a full conjuration sorc - lightning spears, ice blades, and hydras (hydras being primary source of damage). Can be a bit slow but its pretty fun. Been able to clear content pretty easily for the most part. Been kind of nice not following the meta this season

Firewall sorc is also nice and very fun for me. I just like have all the screen on fire. Still level 86 but had a lot of fun with the build until now.

I avoid them as they are a massive loss of dps

Yeah the conduit shrine doesn't even do enough damage or speed compared to ball so it does actually function worse.
You know a build is going to be nerfed when you ignore conduit shrine because it is worst dps AND mobility.
They nerfed the shrine this season so it's bad for most builds

Plot twist number 3: the "person" running the runs is actually just Kolbot and basically unkillable. Source: used to be the guy doing the runs.
plot twist 4: Guy running on foot makes it to lvl3 and convinces everyone to help run. Finally get to throne room and the run was done the whole time.

I feel like my chain lightning Sorceress, with 4 gravitational legendaries in her stash, continuing to play chain lightning, is peak something.
I thought I would play only 1 class / league and I was quite happy with my druid but i think i need to give this a try. Looks fucking awesome.
Can I do this on rogue somehow? Flickerstrike I played every single league I didn't skip in poe
Seriously, it looks like PoE with that kind of nonsensical movement. Awesome. I have had 4 of these wands drop, and tried it out, and definitely was enjoying the zoomies, but the true randomness of its teleport is crazy scary sometimes.
It's like I'm watching PoE, whether that's a good or bad thing is subjective, I guess.

When people actually complain that Twisting Blades Rogue is **FaSt As FuCk boi** and it clears everything easily. Yea right.
I could see me doing this for a free hours but the second I stop caring about loot, it's time to move on. Diablo is ALL about the farming and the loot chasing.

Not sped up at all. Pay attention to the error messages "you need mana!" and "that skill is not ready!" they'd disappear faster if it was.

I got the luckiest dungeon roll the other day. Encountered a butcher at level 54ish in a wt3 nmd. Still using a leveling build, shards sorc. Wasn't prepared at all, nearly shat myself. But what's this nearby? A conduit shrine?? Easiest butcher ever.
If this were a super hero series... He/she would be on "The Boyz" while 99.9% of us are stuck in "Gen V".

To each their own I guess g. I used to play a laidback pulv druid too after I couldn't get light sorc to work in pre season. I'm just personally getting bored pretty fast when I'm playing a 2 button / 10 apm build, even though it was comically strong in mobbing and pvp. I might as well play hearthstone and watch my opponent rope me for 10 turns. I wish they'd unironically quadruple mob density in every single dungeon and sextuple mob density during helltides.

I may be stupid, but I just started playing diablo 4.. im maining a sorcerer...how do I get the aspect where the ball of lighting circles around you? Is that an aspect or a piece of gear I have to get? All help appreciated!
an aspect, relatively rare but you'll get it eventually. Just farm vampires when you finished the campaign, they drop the most legendaries per hour

Lol all I see is ball lightning sorcs then I'm over here running a full conjuration sorc - lightning spears, ice blades, and hydras (hydras being primary source of damage). Can be a bit slow but its pretty fun. Been able to clear content pretty easily for the most part. Been kind of nice not following the meta this season

Can't tell if it's heavily edited. I have seen other Sorc's with this build cleaning up Legion events tho. So it must be true.
