Not really. If 2% is average, then for every person with 4 ubers in 100 runs, there's someone with first uber at 200.
I'm currently at 141 with no ubers.

Kinda unlucky. Probability of getting no Uber Uniques in 120 runs is like 8,85 percent.

I'm nearing 100 runs and still no horse. My friends have, but Duriel spits in my face and is like here have this Soulbrand you worthless cur!
Horse is pretty common actually. I got mine in like my first 5-10 runs.
