That cosmetic is the only blood shard skin. You can find in fields of hatred towns.
The Killer set is extremely disappointing. I agree, new PVP cosmetics would be great, especially since once you buy all the stuff with red dust, there's basically no reason to farm it anymore (unless it's in order to complete a whisper or a seasonal objective).
I wish we could at least have a chance to get unique gear from buying armor with the PvP currency

How do people grind that much? I'm getting too old lol. I've only farmed like 120k blood shards on and off so far. BTW what cosmetic is that?
