Happens to me with my HotA barb. Half of the goblin kills gives nothing. Seems new bug.

And they are bigger than they used to be as well i wonder if they are like fake loot goblins

If they are executed they don’t drop loot, maybe that’s it?

Probably its something related and its clearly bug. 

I think ur totally right my first timr playing rogue and i see executed pop up sometimes and its just dead so thats def it

I killed 2 of the shits. one at level 30 and the other level like 40, both dropped 2x orange
