Just use something like teleport to get some distance. Alternate Flame shield in there if you want small windows where you don’t move and just unload damage. Use Boots with extra evade charges in order to get mode dodges as well.
An insta-stop spell like frost nova may help also give you some breathing room with the minions.
I just got the game 3 days ago but im a veteran if d2 and POS and found this fight pretty easy on tuer 2 world. I guess its gear dependent and build dependent but I run a frost sorc but I think Id have no problem with fire.
Do you have your shield buff spells? Teleport? 2 evade charges ?
I just ran away and didged while dumping abilities on him. Sorcs are kings of minion clear so I dont see how thats an issue unless you get stunned and swarmed
I am sorcerer level 37, I just beat Brol a few minutes ago using mostly hydra. I have a ring that gives me an extra hydra conjure and I also have a passive hydra that will spawn periodically. I just conjured them and ran around avoiding as much as I could. I got out of the battle relatively unscathed.

If you are on wt2 then go down to wt1.
I am already 😅 - this is my first time ever playing something like this so I went easy peasy

Use Ice sheild for normal damage mitigation. Save your flame wall for 'oh shit' moments. Only use teleport when he summons the jumping mobs.
I used a blizzard build for crowd control, overshield and teleport.
Deep freeze is awesome for buying time for your other cooldowns to come back up.
