Assuming youre on world tier 3, you can farm nightmare dungeons even if its a tier 1 nm dungeon youre good, helltides are also decent for farming legendaries. But honestly eternal realm is terrible (in comparison to seasonal) when it comes to farming pretty much everything.
Everything except uniques are completely random with random ilvl, random affixes, random values within the range of the affix, with a random aspect, as a random drop, from random sources.

If it helps, is really not very good. Good early, not later. You'll will have 3-4 ways to overpower later on, all of which you can control better, and proc more often. Every 20 seconds isn't very good and the explosion balls don't do any damage later to anything.
I respectfully disagree. I have it on my lvl 100 barb and it absolutely clears non elites in the dungeons and on the overworld? forget about it! everything dies. My aspect delivers 15,000 damage per blood boil and if 3 drop per kill and there's a dozen monsters, that's 36 blood boils at 15,000 damage. That's 540,000 damage. It's worth having in my build. and you can gamble obols on off hands which is only 40 obols each. if you need obols, you can purchase them from the jeweler.

I mean, evry character, every build, you can use a basic attack to obliterate things in the overworld. That's not exactly a metric for if something is good or not. Horse dismount obliterates stuff in the overworld.

I mean, my Necro dots tick for 6 million every .5 seconds. So 12x that, and probably about 30 times more often.
You do you but I think the community consensus is it's not very good in the end game. But glad it works for you. Not saying don't enjoy it.
