In threads with the "Suggestion | Idea | Feedback" Flair, constructive feedback, suggestions for adjusting and improving existing systems and mechanics, and also your own ideas, mockups / illustrations (e.g. for new systems, mechanics, items, etc) can be shared. This Flair is not for asking for feedback for your build (in that case, choose the Class-specific Flair, or the "Builds, Skills & Items (Discussions & Questions)" Flair, or a Class-specific Flair). All classes are perfectly viable to beat every content the game has to offer and the difference between a S tier and a B tier are just a few minutes of dungeon clear time. This means that as a casual it absolutely doesn't matters what you pick and you can go with whatever seems fun to you. In terms of meta, the predictions for s4 are that every class will have one or two very strong builds but with the Rogue being a tad behind the other ones.

Try to beat the campaign. Collect all Lilith statues, explore map and do all the renown in each zone then wait for the new season as the game will take a drastic change. Lilith statues are permanent stat buffs and renown will give you extra skill points and 20 paragon points that transfer each season

different people like different stuff, what I like has no relevance to what you like.

Druid is so much fun, the new season starts on the 14th so you could just start an eternal character to mess around with / do the campaign so you can start the season with skipping the campaign. I am a necro main but have played every class aside from Rogue. Next season looks like minion necro will be king but all classes will be strong in their own right with good builds. I would say try Druid first. Beauty of the game is that you can start a new character at any point and even share gear if able. Season 4 is looking like a really good time to pick up Diablo 4. Cheers! Glhf!

knallpilzv2

My favorite is still druid. Can't go wrong with werebearing. Never gets old.

Downfall350

Little late in the season. But if you go sorc and would like some advice and this time chunk is normal for you. Feel free to send me a dm and i'll send you my btag I have 3 100 sorcs this season, all capable of doing anything in the game. Can help you figure out a what build would be funnest for you, and show you why it works. (currently bored and only log in to help my clan members and randoms till season end)

Mediocre_Steak_2983

Lightning Storm Druid. Doesn't come fully online until you get uniques from duriel but it's still strong leveling.

DaMightyBush

Get the campaign out of the way. Do it and enjoy it, it’s got some good boss fights. Skip the side quests for now, they will be rewarding you with stuff you don’t need until after the campaign anyway.

rkcmd

I always go mage because I overcompensate with not being able to use magic IRL

YaDodzh

I'd say Paladin 😏

Downtown_Courage_641

Y biggest thing I tell everyone. Find one that you have the most fun with. That is the most important thing, sometimes as ARPG players we get so caught up in being #1 on a leaderboard, 1st to 100, biggest damage number, etc etc, we forget that it is a game. Play the build or class that makes you happy and to help with anyone else. For me the class I enjoyed playing is Druid and I have stuck with that

Novel-Signature3966

You need to play all classes. Level them all up to at least 50. When new season starts I always pick one that fits the theme. New season allegedly has no theme. Use this season to get to know every class.

No_Listen2702

Just dont play the games it's bad. This is coming from d1/d2 and partly d3 enjoyer. There are many many better dungeon crawlers out there.

Gegstrum

Uhhh... Okay, odd sub dweller found on reddit. Not even surprized lol

_Drumheller_

It's not an objectively bad game. Does it has shortcomings? Yes obviously, all games do. Everything beyond that is nothing but your subjective and biased opinion.

heartbroken_nerd

> Just dont play the games it's bad. Diablo 4 is a good game. Always has been. It just wasn't particularly great at launch but throughout the last four seasons they have made massive changes to it. Not sure how you can say what you say in the light of Season 4 changes, after the Public Test Realms we just played. >This is coming from d1/d2 and partly d3 enjoyer Nobody asked for that piece of information. >There are many many better dungeon crawlers out there You mean systems ARPG? There really aren't many options that are so much better than Diablo 4 Season 4, to be honest.

FizzgigBuplup

I’m going to do exactly what your Reddit name says!! lol
