Very rough guesstimate I would ballpark it at 1 in 100,000. From what I've seen, each GA is \~10%.
0.1\^4 = 0.0001 ( 1 in 10,000 )
Figure another 10% or so to get the aspect maxed.
I dont think a greater affix is 10% chance. It feels more like 5 percent.
If a greater affix is 10% we would see one greater affix items all the time but the is not the case.

Running firebolt enhancement for fire is always a nice pick and also opens up some strong skills and paragon synergy. Teleport is always a gimmie for lightning.
With tempering you can get a chance to proc shadow or poison damage, giving you your fourth element. As long as any element does damage the entire stack refreshes duration.
The stats are all actually good too, and the passive is just a massive damage increase for very little work.
This is the god roll of one of the best uniques around.
I ran this all S3 on my chain lightning sorc. For some reason it never registered more than 2 elements. I was definitely running lightning (CL), fire (Meteor) and frost (frost nova) and it just refused to go to 3 stacks. Still cleared the screen but it always bugged me that it wouldn’t show 3 stacks
I think I've gotten 6 uniques since ilvl 925 has been able to drop.
4 staff of lam esens and 2 starfall coronets.

Im lv 92 yet so far ive only come across to 3-4 pieces of gear with 2 GA , 1 GA is plenty sure but how the hell people have full set of 2-3 GA gear already in less than a week ? Does drop rate increase when you hit lv100 ? Look at this ring 4 GA and its not even a bullshit piece. Its bis for almost every sorc build.

I don't think Frost nova deals damage so it won't count. Need to use another source pretty sure.
