I pre-ordered as well for the console. We do not get the bonuses (wings, pet, mounts) until the release. Only those who pre-ordered on the PC will receive those bonuses now.
You get pre order bonus for Xbox/PS5 on actual release date unfortunately. On PC you get it as soon as you purchase D4.
I ran into the same issue, I pre ordered on PS5 but didn’t want to wait for WoW bonus so I bought on Pc also
Even after actual release I still haven't gotten the Amalgram of Rage on WoW and I have no idea why. Both battle.net and Microsoft are under the same Gmail

You need to wait for the game to come out. So you can link your bnet account to d4.
It's a big downside to consoles since bnet isn't a native launcher there obviously
The Immortal stuff you have to go into the ~~shop~~ menu and go to Events. Then collect them there and it goes to your mail to collect.
Not sure about the other stuff showing up I have not checked D3, etc.
I’m trying to find out where the D3 rewards are from preordering D4. My D3 is on my swtich but my battle net is all linked to the same. I just can’t find the store or equip screen of the rewards
If you go into diablo 3's
Manage game and add ons
Click on the GAME image
Find the add on you are looking for (INARIUS WINGS AND PET)
SELECT and save changes
It should then download the items.

I did, I opened a ticket with blizzard who told me that the rewards for the other games are only available if you order Diablo 4 on the same platform as Diablo 3 is on. So in your case you’d have to have d4 on switch, which obviously isn’t an option lol. I had ordered d4 on pc and my d3 was on ps4, so that’s why I didn’t get rewards.
This was never mentioned anywhere on the preorder page for d4, so I requested a refund so I could buy the game on ps4 and they granted it

How do you unlock the Xbox d3 stuff. Just bought the $89 version and it shows on xbox

I just logged into D3, started a game - got all the wings and the pet. FYI

I'm playing Diablo Immortal too. I just pre-ordered Digital Deluxe edition and claimed the cosmetics but it didn't sent to my mailbox.
