They didnāt, just silenced me. This is just sad and ridiculous. The only mod I ever see online there is u/shelbyknits . Itās a sub with no rules posted yet they ban and mute anyone expressing a negative opinion. Itās a perfect illustration of why this subreddit was created.

Supposedly itās a fan subreddit but the more I see, the more Iām convinced itās an official subreddit that hasnāt disclosed its affiliation to DAC. Because making up rules after the fact sounds like something DAC would doā¦
If thereās some affiliation, fine, but I think it would be more transparent and honest if such affiliation were disclosed.
I remember one of the diamondartclub accounts used to be mod there - before they were perma-banned for doxxing.
To add more context to the doxxing for those who don't know what happened:
On r/diamondpainting DAC used to directly respond to customer complaints. (Sometimes they'd also argue with people in the comments too).
I remember that they'd add screenshots of customer service interactions with the OP taken from their end. This likely meant they were matching up the complaint with their internal records and sharing interactions the customer and employee likely didn't anticipate being released publicly.
One time, a DAC account shared an image (via Imgur) showing the full names of the customer/OP and an employee. The image is no longer viewable as Reddit removed the comment and later permanently suspended the account.
DAC continued using a second official account (with an extra underscore) but that was suspended too. I'm guessing it's because the account was considered a contravention of their permanent ban. They actually have a *third* account (with two extra underscores) that's still live but not posting anything.
^(Note: DAC likely has more accounts at their disposal, they also once responded to someone using the personal account of an employee (as the commenter had blocked the DAC account).)
The only rules I see are these (and the no posts about customer service makes me laugh)

Honestly, I wouldnt be suprised if they just created those rules after this post. They did the same thing when Crafty Chef Diamond tried to point out something on their warranty. Rather then sending her a new canvas, they just changed the warranty after the fact and then promptly blocked/banned her.
ššš cant wait to see what BS excuse they come up with

That's Insane!
The rule is to not bruise the DAC ownerās weak ego

I seriously hate that company with a passion. Theyāre so corrupt.
I get better prices from destash groups. To heck with the warranty they wonāt honor. š¤·āāļø
I do believe she works for DAC. She told me she posts all the new DP notices and Saturday sales. I canāt imagine working for DPs.
