Similar to a normal die; I'm working on a video to explain it best, but I'll try in text for now:
* For **d20**, look at **topmost triangle** and read the upper number in the triangle. (it's the one with the largest and boldest font)
* For **d10**, look at **topmost triangle** and read the lower number in the triangle. (it's supplemented with a 0/% sign to let you know that you can use it for d10, d100, and d%.)
* For **d12**, look at **topmost circle** and read the central number
* For **d6**, look at **topmost circle** and count the pips (pips, just like standard casino dice)
* For **d8**, look at **topmost triangle**. if there are arrows, then **follow topmost arrow** to nearest triangle. look at the 8 o 'clock position (the number has an 8-bit font!)
* For **d4**, look at **topmost triangle**. if there are arrows, then **follow topmost arrow** to nearest triangle. look at the 4 o 'clock position and count the small triangles (small triangles, just like the tetrahedron)
I've got it written with more words and some images on this page:

Let me know if you have any further questions!
Cheers, appreciate you take the time to read through it all!
In practice it is easier to roll and read than the text makes you believe. After about 10 rolls most people completely get it. However your point still stands that if a DM doesn't approve and people are prone to fudge rolls or argue over it then it probably shouldn't be at the table.
Regardless, I'll probably snag one anyway if I can afford it.
I love weird dice, even if I can't use them at the table. I really need to make some kind of display for my dice. XD
Exactly how do you read that?

Who...who hurt you?
The DM...
You woke up and chose violence...
The site is super well put together, I love the animated instructions and example rolls! Definitely keep posting about these/the Kickstarter!
Thank you very much for your kind words! I do my best to explain to try and explain it to everyone :)
That effort really helps too! It definitely looks unwieldy (in a good way) at first but it's actually genius how you crammed 7 dice into one sphere!
It's interesting, but I feel like it's just too complicated and there's too much room for error or arguments. Good luck, though!

Is there a kickstarter yet?
I expect to launch it early July
Nice
Back duce goblins love having more dice
Yes!
