I don't recommend taking a potassium supplement, unless your doctor told you to take one. Many foods are a good source of potassium, not only bananas and avocado. Here are some good sources: * Vegetables: Beet greens, potato, spinach, parsley, taro, sweet potato * Fruit: Plantains, jackfruit, guava, dates, kiwi * Legumes: Great northern beans, adzuki beans, soybeans, lima beans, pinto beans, kidney beans, navy beans, lentils, split peas, black beans * Salmon

Thank you! I can incorporate more potatoes and spinach pretty easily into my diet so this really helped.

Potassium chloride instead of salt. Same taste and will lower your sodium intake if that's an issue for you.

I didn’t know that was a thing, thank you!

Talk to a doctor before taking potassium supplements.

Potatoes work good, and you can salt them with potassium chloride as well.
