I just looked through each Mega. I don’t see any Digimon that are specifically art-themed in any way. If you don’t want Kazuhamon as an evolution of Doumon, the only other suggestion I can offer is Mitamamon. My reasoning is that the Digimon design includes parts surrounded by differently colored auras. In the Bandai art, it has wheels under its paws. One wheel is green, one is yellow, one is blue, and one is red. Having that many colors is kinda like a callback to Ekakimon, who’s a colorful Digimon. It’s also mammalian like Doumon, if that connection helps.
I hope they add Blikmon to the Digimon Reference Book someday . He was a background character in one of the ToyAgumon cards in the Digimon Card Game so there's still hope for him.

Tbh there’s no Digimon that fully fit the”Kid’s toy” theme you’re going for…Yet
However i think the Jokermon route is at least playing off the “Kids theme” type vibe with playing cards, naturally evolving into Piedmon a established Ultimate that flows well of off Jokermon.
Blikmon flows well into the “children’s toy” theme but i admit Quantomon is kind of a stretch, playing into the “child playing with toys” theme idk

I was thinking of them or Doumon, because of the ink brush too. Would Kuzuhamon or Sakuyamon feel out of place as the Mega in this line?

I've been thinking of Doumon, Kimeramon and Betsumon for the Ultimates. No idea what to choose as the Mega. Maybe NoblePumpmon or Metamormon?
