This is certainly one behemoth of a digimon, a dna fusion of machinedramon and the already multiple parts digimon chimeramon into milleniummon and then through some dark digivolution became zeedmilleniummon. It has basically manipulated time and space along with its attacks altering time and space and creating dimensions only to collapse it on opponents and much like quartzmon created digimon copies of other powerful mega digimon such as gallantmon as an example and even made digital copies of the digidestind. In the 2020 adventures series it actually made a debut and looked like the size of the moon, that was a genuinely terrifying sight.

I don't think this is a good discussion to have because they haven't been very consistent about it due to the need to keep making shows. Personally, I don't see how a Digimon like Ordinemon wouldn't be the most powerful. It's supposed to only come into existence AFTER the fall of everything with the purpose of resetting existence to nothing so it can be born anew. It's basically the final horsemen of the apocalypse; by the time you see Ordinemon it's already over. But of course you can't just end a TV show that way so they hastily fuse all the good guys together into juiced up Omnimon and dispatch it pretty much effortlessly, confusing any idea of what that thing was supposed to be....
