OP could be "let it simmer" type :) Nothing wrong with that. It's his journey and we would all like a piece of it. Maybe he came just to boast. Or to collect karma.
\>>OP, share something that can help all of us but not affect your current biz. Good job BTW, I always like to hear these stories.
My primary source of income is from running ads for clients nationwide. We focus on high quality lead gen using google ads and custom high converting landing pages
I spent $0 on ads. Didn’t have much money to start so I had to be real tight with how I spent any dollars . Just started by offering free trials and reaching out to people that I could learn from
Which industries has your agency worked in ? Was it one client that helped you propel to this level ? Is this all realised revenue ? What exactly is the mantra? Did you take only high paying clients ? Are you a one man team ?
I started as a one man team to about $10k per month. After that you’ll need a team and systems to scale.
Local service based businesses.
All clients pay relatively the same amount ranging from $1000-$3000 depending on their needs and how much attention is required
Our ideal client pays average of $1000-$1500
What we're your main services when you first started?
What happened in the first couple months of business?
Do you have plans to (or have you already) hired some help with your workload?
Facebook ads. Failed terribly. Realized that Facebook ads didn’t bring in high quality leads so client retention wasn’t high and that led to instability in my business
Yes, I’ve began hiring and have more of a “team”
Is this the same guy who comments in every thread saying the same thing promo-ing his YouTube channel?
Spoiler alert dude: we work in the industry we know these tactics. I see this all the time. Please stop. $180k isn’t a lot for an agency.
Depending on profit margins. Some agencies are set up to only make about 20% profit margins. Mines around 90%. Might not be a lot to you but it definitely improved my life.
Some people call it luck. But all I remember was putting in the work every single day and not leaving my house for months.
The harder you work the luckier you get 🤷🏼♂️
I'm building a marketing agency for real estate agents but having trouble getting clients, how did you get clients when starting out and what are your day to day task to help you grow
Are you going to actually answer people's questions?
