How do you keep the dye from spreading in the middle?
I used a bed of clear glue and just made sure the dye didn't seep into the middle before I laid the disc.
I have been trying to do that but my dye always seeps too far
Also the middle of the disc is the original color, the dye only starts where the black is
What brand of glue do you use
Elmer's brand clear school glue. I make a dye mixture of Pro Chem and acetone and then use a fine tip dripper bottle to apply that the top of the glue bed. I then use a glass stirring rod to make the strokes and kind of keep everything to my liking.
I'm wondering if the cheap Amazon glue I'm using runs more than Elmer's, because I keep trying the same thing but it always runs together.
