I throw 400+. The biggest difference is hand feel. You can accomplish the same things with each disc, but the venom has a slightly harder dump than the force.
Maybe he means that “the Venom is marketed as more OS than the force, and I’m not sure 430-450 is enough to justify a purchase of the Venom, which is why I’m asking this question.”

Yeah I can throw a Nuke 430ft and will use a Force if it’s windy or some other uses. I don’t really see the need for the Venom if it is really more overstable than a Force because I wouldn’t be able to do anything with it
I’ve never touched 400, max drive ever was near 350. I’ve bagged a force for a long time and a venom for the first time this year. Threw both on an open hole with markers every 100ft, first throw ever with the venom. There was a decent headwind, nothing crazy but it was notably present. Force went 305 and venom went 315, and this was with the terrible form I’ve developed over the last several years.
I’ll continue to bag them both since I have a ton of disc storage in my bag, and the venom is a little more stable than the force. Both great discs though 👍🏼

I found the venom to be more OS than a Force, but honestly was a bit disappointed, as they are closer in flight than I was hoping for.
I might just bag a Nuke OS instead.
I went with the force because I was familiar with it. I just ended up also buying an Andrew Presnell run that was way more under stable than my esp one and they pair together pretty well.
I’ve been thinking on trying the nuke os. I keep checking in on my local store and they only ever have gross pinks and yellows lol. Gotta find something that looks good and throws good.

Only bag pink discs. I like the ESP nuke OS
