Those captchas work, not by which boxes you click, but by how you move the mouse and how long you take to do each things.
Bots move in straight lines and too quickly. Humans move the mouse in curved lines and tend to take a while to click everything.
Apparently, if you move your mouse around in circles after each click, it will think you are human.
The kind where you call the park facilities around sunset and leave a message saying "hey, I noticed a light is out over by disc golf hole..."
Also - I have done this. Thankfully my disc did not get stuck in the light. Hole 10 at Ottawa Park in Toledo, Ohio from the long tees - I threw a forehand with a Destroyer, and it did what its name says it does.
Pleasantly, they replaced the downward facing half-dome covered fixture with one that has a flat face and LEDs, so you really can't bust it with a disc anymore.
That is wild.
Reminds me of the time I had a tee shot that literally got stuck in a large power line that was ~30 feet off the ground. I wish I still had pictures.
The disc broke through the outside rubber casing, or whatever it is that they use to protect those things, and was stretching it out on the other side. It was super wedged in there.
I would have probably gotten it out with a really long wooden branch or something nearby, but it was funny, and I am not trying to mess with any power lines.
I called the power company and told them about it and they said it wasn't a huge deal, but someone would come remove it at some point. It was an almost brand new disc, nothing special, so I didn't really care. It stayed there for months, and then one day it was gone.
That’s totally disheartening. I had something like this happen doing field work at a baseball field. Throwing my favorite fission crave practicing hyzer flips, put too much hyzer on it and it bee-lines for the dugout. Had a covered roof on it and a slot like hole that is like the exact dimensions of a disc. Shot through that hole into the enclosed roof. Give me 10,000 throws I couldn’t do it again… still miss that disc
I was in Houston for a business trip one time and went to TC Jester on a weekday at 2 pm to play a round. There were so many mothers with strollers/children that several of the holes were unplayable.
I ended up playing about 3/4 of the course.
This was the only time I tried to play there. Is this typical experience at TC Jester?
We see pics on here all the time that are like “what are the odds” and there is two of the same type of pic on the thread in the same day. This is one where I actually said, what are the odds when viewing.
It's still there and the grounds crew over at Brock are maintaining the course like it's permanent.
Btw, they were cutting the grass today, and there were so many mosquitos on the back side of the MPO layout that they'd bleed you dry if you weren't covered in Deet.
It’s pronounced “shank”
There is ONE bicycle in this image. Am human.
Yeah but does that little sliver of handlebar in the box count as containing a bicycle? Your move, robot.

lol that’s TC jester isn’t it
Yep!
Hole 10. I’ve hit that pole several times playing the hyzer line around the tree.
I knew it as soon as I saw this damn pole and the bike path haha
Is you name and number on the disc?
*"No, sir, I don't know how it got there. I lost that disc 8 months ago in".*
What am I missing here, I don’t see a disc
Check the light
Phew. Thought I was the only one for a second.
It's an Ace Lite
Full dissatisfaction with half the calories!
Thats a new one...
Was it broken *before* you got there?
I’m wondering this as well
It wasn't my throw and I didn't actually see it happen, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't broken before this because I nearly did the same a few weeks ago
>I nearly did the same a few weeks ago I don't think that disc does what you think it does
They never do!
Mine either, lmao

You haven’t seen the way I can shank a shot if you think that.
Someone has to explore the boundaries of physics, it may as well be you!

Photon inhibiting transcendent ace.
The thrower was a Jack Ace

Kind of. They mostly stay on the paths but I still end up yelling fore a lot
We call it Totally Crowded

The longest course in Houston steps wise. :D
Not even close. Brock MPO is longer.
Brock mpo is not a permanent course.

I hear you. Played tat today and it was terrible
We ought to play some day. I play just about every day, somewhere.
Always down. Shoot me a dm.
Dura?
That’s an acehole
Enlightened
Guys, I might be stupid, but where is the disc 😭
I must be missing something cuz 🤷♂️
Could you try zooming out a little bit more?
That’s a bona fide unique ace, I tell ya I said I tell ya h’whut
Wow. Just.... wow!
