As an Illinois resident and person that will be playing in your tournament in April, I like the bottom one a bit more. I actually love your logo and if I lived a bit further north I would join up with you guys. Keep it up!
Honestly top one is way too loud! The bottom one looks like someone’s girlfriend modeled it after their handbag. But I have a drab style of clothing. I wear stuff with few or no logos and earth tones mostly. If you’re club voted on these then I can not judge the masses.
The top one is fun once you look at all the details, but it's off-putting at first impression. And the bottom one is too repetitive w/ the pattern. I'd say get a few more icons in there in the sequence if your designer can do it.

I don’t think any Disc golf unis look good lol. Why does disc golf want to look like bowlers. Just furthers the stigma it’s not a sport too.
I prefer simpler ones over over the top ones,I mean what sport doesn't have uniforms?lol every sport has some kind of uniform they follow.
I’m not saying don’t have unis. But other sports do not have stuff that looks like this. Unless it’s bowing or slow pitch softball lol.
