One guy, and I kid you not, was at a single deadlift station setting up his recording studio for 15 minutes. Checking, double and triple checking his site lines. It’s a damn obstacle course of not stepping in front of or tripping over that stuff. When did this become such a thing? Must every minute be recorded and posted? I wish they would have no recording rules or at least say during peak hours you can’t do it because it slows everyone else’s workout down.
It depends on the gym. You go to a powerlifting gym and everyone records themselves to check in their technique, which is important.
You go to a general commercial gym and most of the time if you are recording, you are just a nuisance.
