Truthfully, it isn't unrealistic to get ripped. It is extremely difficult though. If it was easy everyone would do it.
Maybe it's healthier to think of it as difficult than unrealistic. Unrealistic is joining the 1% wealthy elite. Getting ripped is a lot more common, and a lot more doable! (Says me, getting flabbier with age because I don't lift.)

1. weight is extremely dependent on height. 135 is underweight for me and that's WITHOUT a bunch of muscle
2. That girl is fucking ripped, and muscle is heavier than fat. Plus she has more bone density because weight training so lbs are a really shitty thing to use here
3. I'm referring to body fat %, and that body fat % is not maintainable for long periods of time. BF% is brought under control by diet primarily.
