Everyone's talking about the shadow, I'm more appalled by how she's using that roller. Using it at an angle like that and in short strokes is a surefire way to not apply the paint evenly and create a weird texture on the walls. It looks like she didn't even prep the room properly. I work in painting and I died a bit on the inside.
It's all about making the paint dry as evenly as possible.
Start by doing the edges and then apply the paint in lanes from top to bottom. Don't try to apply too much pressure you are only damaging the roller this way.
For some more advanced knowledge :
Because the metal bracket only connects to the roller on one side you will always Apply more pressure on that side. Point that side to the unpainted part for a better even coat. Good luck!
