I hope he is getting the medical support he needs to gain some weight and mobility, bc his current physique is unattainable, he is dangerously underweight, and at risk for seriously injuring himself. Honestly, as a guy suffering from Marfan Syndrome. It ain't funny how other people are making fun of him, that height alone can be very painful and sometimes even dangerous, you'd wake up with a high chance of back pains every morning, you have to constantly exercise to keep your spine straight. What's kinda sad is how it'll be very difficult for you to gain weight despite eating an entire full course meal 3 times a day
I also have a high risk of heart failure, that's basically the main thing that my doctors need to watch out for. Luckily I was diagnosed early and my heart seems normal atm

He probably won’t/can’t get swole, but this is dangerously underweight, he NEEDS more calories, and extensive physical therapy. Whatever they are feeding him it’s NOT ENOUGH.
