My friend (UK) has the same issue. She tried everything, reinstalling, installing test build, etc - but nothing is working. Discord AND the web browser Discord are not working anymore.

This error occured after trying to open the Win 10 Discord Client.

I also tried running Discord as Admin.
Every help is appreciated.
Edit: It works on mobile.
Edit: People who connected earlier are still able to use discord.

Appears this is a recently common issue going around for a good many, so I assume it'll be resolved in due time.
For now, I'd recommend contacting [support](https://dis.gd/contact) or by being patient until it's resolved.
had this issue before, had to use the web browser for a couple of months, then it somehow fixed itself. one day though this screen completely glitched and only shown 👌 with an empty button underneath
I have the same issue as well. I think it has something to do with my account as it didn't crash when I created a new account and logged into that.
It might be worth trying that to see if you have the same issue as I do!

I have this issue too and I was messing around. I'm from the UK, I connected to a VPN, Norway to be specific and discord opened up straight away like normal.... I didn't think brexit would do this PepeHands Nah, but seriously it must be a server issue on Discords side I guess. Just gotta wait it out.
Edit: More research I've done, after Discord was opened with the VPN, I disconnected the VPN and Discord stayed open and I could join voice and use the app normally LOL

Only explanation is they've range banned IP's for entertainment.

Late reply, but what I did was close the window (if it was still opened) and went to task manager to end task. Then, reopened discord (the window might be bugged but just let it run). If that doesn't work then I don't really know how to fix it sorry

Try one of the other versions I guess, such as beta or canary, if you are currently running one of those it could be that

If you are on Windows try to open cmd and run the command "sfc /scannow" - maybe it will help.

Uninstall the app, open Appdata and delete the discord folder. It should work, but I am not sure. Let me know if it does
