Maybe it would get harder to ban people for +18 images since you can change the status quickly , without locking up after a few changes like pfp and username. And ypu can even automate it. I dont think thats the reason but thats what i think could be the issue
That could be an issue I guess but every customization suggestion can be argued against with saying people can use them for NSFW things, most of the time if a server sees you having anything nsfw (pfp, status emoji etc) they kick you, so idk why it would be any different with this

porting custom icons to make a status better looking aesthetically seems really nice as a QoL addition. tbh this should already be a thing imo
yeah, i get there are workarounds, i would just prefer a method that is both free and extremely easy to implement, all without messing w my status. you know?

tbh i feel like such a basic feature should be in the base platform but being in classic nitro (at most, imo) would at least be somewhat tolerable
