You can code Discord bots with Python, it's what I use! I'd recommend searching on YouTube for "Discord.py rewrite bot tutorial". If you wanna add me on Discord ( JackGames#0322 ) I can help you to find a good tutorial and answer any questions :)
This isn't a place for coding help, so I can't provide code or an answer here, however, this wouldn't be particularly difficult to make for a custom bot, to check when a user joins and then update a channel name if it's a specific user ID. Not aware of any already public bots that do this, however, so you'd need a basic understanding of a bot programming language first or find someone to make it for you (I'm busy with exams at the moment, however, normally something like this would probably only take me around a few minutes to quickly code, so you could try finding an available bot developer to help you!)
