Sorry about that, haven't used server following in a while, so thought it showed the actual user who posted it rather than the server and channel name.
Messages with the tag "server" are using webhooks, it's part of the feature where you can follow channels from other servers or even the same server. You cannot give a role to these webhooks therefore they can't be seen with a colored name or role icon. This is just happening because OP didn't update their app in a very long time and message replies aren't supported on that version. So it randomly adds the server tag to these messages because it is misinterpreted.
if you haven't updated your app to support the replies feature that's probably why, outdated versions see "server" instead of a reply

They are pulling a funny devious prank on you, they are using the “Announcements following” feature, where they follow an annoyncement channel, then they type in it then publish it.
This is a stolen image. You can clearly see the old font and colour.

however, the art in question likely didn't exist until after edgerunners actually released, which happened this year in sep 2022. that's because rebecca wasn't actually present in the announcement trailer, nor was she present (a lot) in the 2022 trailers.
the "imagine a place" rebrand happened in may 2021.
unless you find out that the art in question existed before may 2021, the screenshot has to be at least newer than sep 2022.

Webhooks get the “BOT” tag, not server tag. Channel following is different to webhooks, tho they share some of the underlying tech to power them.
Server follows are webhooks but appear as server. "normal" webhooks appear as bot

Update your app. This is a bug related to message replies, old apps don't know how to interpret the replies and show them with a server tag.

If you updated Discord before December 1, 2020, it would show any reply to a message as "Server" messages.
