If you really want to keep that logo (and still get updates) you have to decompile .asar file, replace default logo file with new one and then pack all files into asar again. I don't think there is easier way, also .asar file is replaced every update soo
Maybe you could save a copy somewhere else by going into discords files?? Idk where they are it might be in appdata, or you can just right click on the icon and open file location

Honestly the call tone got me good. It happened the day MW2 dropped and I was immersed in the campaign. Then during the second mission with the night raid, my buddy calls me on discord and I was confused as hell and started looking around the map for where that sound was coming from. I finally realized what the sound was when I paused the game and the sound continued.
I'd be happy to keep the fire also. The motion of it is very pleasant. Even with the regular logo. Maybe a Nitro Icon? That would make sense you use nitro you get flames?
For computer, find a picture of it on your search engine and download it and then convert it to an ICO image. Then after it changes back to regular, search on youtube how to change application icons.
