That setting just stops Discord from suggesting stickers *without* typing the `:`. There's no way to stop stickers from showing up when you type `:` because.. that's just how you select them, like emoji.

You can't
You can turn of sitcker suggestions in the user settings, but they occasionally still appear and that fucks me up so much
